Yeah, that is what I most dislike about WE. My MP5A5 came at 2J and it's being a total madness for the past year to get it at 1J. I have literally tried everything on the internet and spent quite a lot of money trying. Everything is just so fucking inconsistent. I really do not know why they keep designing around those powers that nobody uses.

Hey Josef, as I've said to you on Facebook and a few other places you can actually replace the internals of most WE's with steel, and the P90 is no exception. In fact, it has one of the best steel drop-ins of any WE gun out there. Z-Parts makes an ENTIRE trigger box, premium, absolute precision. The "second container" proper name is Expansion Chamber can have a bit of a seal issue. A trick is to leave a magazine charged and on it while storing it. PRessure will seat the seals and keep it from leaking. There are .69 bios btw. Nov is... just straight out lying that he needs 8mm for getting that high. PLenty of heavier in .46, .50, .54, etc. Also as a stargate SG1 fan.... why you get tan? Also if you want to drop the power you can cut the barrel down a bit more.
There's an easy solution for the wrist angle problem: shoot with your middle finger. It's how I use my P90. It feels strange at first, but your middle finger is actually stronger than your index finger anyway. And this allows you to use your index finger to further stabilize the gun.
People say GHK has droppped the ball lately. For example there's this tech guy who shared a photo not long ago on FB showing a really messed up tapping of a mag. I mean those threads were really f*cked up.

I have onece a p90 sold after a year. It's a nightmare ergonomics, specially for airsoft. 1. The biggest problem is that the barrel and the optics are too far from each other, it's not a big problem for long ranges but it's used to be a cqb gun, and it makes very bad. You have to be exposed too much from cover, and still it can happen that you are aiming, but the barrel is still facing the covers wall. Very uncomfortable, almost a half head hight more exposed. 2. its too wide, that can be struggle to use with face masks, you cant bring up the sight comfortable or lean behind. 3. The trigger mechanism have bad response time uncomfortable to use.
I’d rather he make an GBBR AUG. If he goes for a p90 he should probably go for a high quality p90 AEG with an ETU or mosfet as most p90s are pretty low quality. That and seeing what he’d add to his line up for carrying mags would be the most exciting. Mag carrying options for p90s are so limited right now.
At the store I worked at, we had 4 about 5 years ago; after a few tests the seals on the mags started leaking, the bolt hold open tabs on the mags would break, we had to 3D print magazine followers to prevent jamming, 2 others at one point started leaking at the intermediate gas chamber. Very fun when they work, but very problematic in the near term. Now this was 5 years ago, hopefully WE re-assessed everything and fixed the issues.... 2 are still at the store in pieces, we had no faith in the platform at the time and refused to sell them after. One was converted to HPA by tapping the intermediate chamber, then it becomes really viable, but as you mention the mags are expensive especially if you're not using them as intended.
I have a PTS Radian Mod 01 which fired at 400 - 480 max FPS (max FPS allowed is 405 in my field in Canada), at 2-2.8 joules. What caused it to fire as such was my mags. A few of my mags would cause it to fire very hot while the others were at acceptable range. None of my mags were modified in any way except for the fill valves. The only option I had was to either have my mags which made my rifle shoot hot, traded in for another at my local airsoft store or, have an impasse with which I chose the impasse.
Ok, Airsoft then. I live in Nevada, USA and own a PS90 (semi-automatic 5.7 x 28) with five 50 round magazines and two double mag pouches on my vest. Pouches for the PS90 and RUGER 57 pistol are made by "The Vest Guy" to your specifications. Love the quality of the pouches. PS90 sight->Vortex SPARC II red dot RUGER 57 sight->HOLOSUN 509T circle/dot. ZOMBIES BEWARE! But post-pandemic the damn ammo cost TWICE AS MUCH. Glad I had 1,000 rounds before the pandemic.
After a few years with AEG and kind of mastering the teching of that system, I have been in love with GBBRs for the past year. They are quite a PIA to get them right, but they are too much fun compared to AEG. I just would never buy a gun that requires me to be so delicate with a task as frequent as changing mag is. But that is a truly beautiful model.
08:38 Sling solutions are a pain in the butt for P90s but you have the second point right under the picatinny rail. You can fast a belt un the stock point and then past it through the rail point. It works for me. Great review btw!
You can get a metal U-shaped sling adapter on airsoftzone. It's kinda expensive but solves your sling problems instantly. Currently both versions are out of stock though.
Tokyo Marui FPS reducer. Used it on my we g39c easy fix. Fields really don’t know about it. It drops the FPS about 25 and they have different size rings that reduces different speeds.

Do you have any experience with that system? I know that the kwa mp7 is better but since this would be my first gbbr I don't want to spend so much money.
Hab das Problem mit dem Handgelenk ebenfalls. Was hilft : Den Mittelfinger zum triggern nehmen. Dadurch wird das Handgelenk fast gerade und ich kann problemlos damit spielen. Vorher lag die schöne P90 zu oft im Schrank, wegen der Handgelenkprobleme... Richtig schön ist zudem, dass sie super einfach auf HPA umgebaut werden kann. Leider passen die AEG Magazine nicht.
Its still overshadowed by more popular SMGs like the ARs on 9mm mags, MP7, Evo, and even the Vector. Also initially, the AEG P90s were not that good enough to be fully enjoyed by the community.
i had a p90 to with 2 aditional mags. all of 3 mags are leaky. the gastank on the rifle to. i cleaned all and try it again . 1 day its okey. than when i shot the Gun only get 0.90 joule when i shot. the next day the mags are emty and when i refill the mags its leaks everywhere. so i bought a p90 for 380euro with 2 additional mags each one costs 65euro and i cant use it. i never buy a WE anymore. if anyone have tipps how i can fix this please let me know.
What would be awesome is if they made it so you could put the mini pant all gun tanks inside it so that the magazine just holds bbs, gives the gun some weight for realism

You say its not comfortable for you to shoulder because of how you rotate your hand, have you considered getting an extended buttpad to push the overall length, and by extension the grips forward? I think that may very well solve your issues as far as ergo

Hi Josef, check your packaging. There should be 2 springs you can swap on the bolt and then it shoots 1.1J! I have the same gun and it’s super accurate and very reliable.
@@tylercrouser2729 My other springs generate 1,04J on .30's. Our Dutch rules dictate the use of .30's when chrono'ing. You can convert this number somewhere but its CQB legal in most countries as far as I know

Hey Josef, I have a WE MSK that was shooting flawlessly, then all of a sudden the bbs just started diving down no matter how I adjusted the hop up. Any ideas as to what it could be? I checked the hopup bucking and there aren't any noticible rips. I also can see the hp up pushing down when i adjust it.
Big Stargate fan here too. Unfortunately I have to say I won't buy this gun. I bought an AEG back when this WE replica didn't even exist, but the grip angle is a serious problem for me.
Real P90's eject spent casings down through that hole. Of course here it serves no purpose other than accuracy of the modeling. But thats what that hole is there for, no it wouldn't hold an M4 mag.

Its usually the O-rings that leak, they can be damaged if you keep too much gas in them or dry up if you keep too little gas in them. I would start by ordering new o-rings and replacing them then seeing if they still leak.

had 5 WE gbb guns Scar-l, 3 m4''s, m416... to be honest overall poor design and quality aint that "wow" sold all guns and got myself a GHK AK-74 and installed steel trigger set and steel bolt.. this thing just takes it all! shot around 12000ish bbs with it so far. other then som leaking mags once in a while it just shoots.
@@averageasian292 i can't vouch for enything else but the GHK AK platform haven't had my hands on the other GHK rifles :) but can say the GHK AK platform with steel upgreats just works :)
Regarding the ergonomics, it looks like you would be able to get a stock extension. Something like this (i know this one is for an AEG) www.evike.com/products/25989/
The trigger would be an issue for a real gun. There is no reason for a bullpup airsoft gun to have a "bad" trigger. The mechanics are completely different.

You need leg pouches for mags, or plate carrier/modular vest. I heard that P90 airsoft mags in general are pain to carry :P

2.4 joules on 0.43gms still within limits for CQB in our country i think. we usually play at 400 fps max on cqb
You can buy a qd sling mount that fits in the bottom groove by the stock pad

Try a combination of npas and hpa I have a we 416 under 1 Joule

Try a KWC Ruger MK1 Tactical Carbine with the hammer spring modification. It is a cannon shooting 750fps but has issues with the magazine loading

Ah over here in Canada we use .2's and when I converted the .46's. The fps hit firearms level of over 500 fps on 2's. Thank you for the response.

Every gas gun I bought have the joule issue for me - I have KWA TAR-21 and GHK Sig 551 both came with power over 2 joules :(

@@averageasian292 Its freaking cool, but I managed to play only 1 game with it. The 1joule nozzle just came yesterday so I'll see how it will be with that one. Unfortunately the normal nozzle goes over 1.7J because of the joule creep.
had 5 WE gbb guns Scar-l, 3 m4''s, m416... to be honest overall poor design and quality aint that "wow" sold all guns and got myself a GHK AK-74 and installed steel trigger set and steel bolt.. this thing just takes it all! shot around 12000ish bbs with it so far. other then som leaking mags once in a while it just shoots.
thanks for the honesty. Ive been looking into the SCAR-L with a hpa tapped high cap and was on the fence but no more.. ill save for something better
@@averageasian292 i can't vouch for enything else but the GHK AK platform haven't had my hands on the other GHK rifles :) but can say the GHK AK platform with steel upgreats just works :)

Regarding the ergonomics, it looks like you would be able to get a stock extension. Something like this (i know this one is for an AEG) www.evike.com/products/25989/
anyone other than midgets need stock extension for p90, people middle height and taller get wrapped around it like a pretzel when shouldering it.

The trigger would be an issue for a real gun. There is no reason for a bullpup airsoft gun to have a "bad" trigger. The mechanics are completely different.

You can HPA tap the gun itself and they run alot better and I ran mine at just under 2 joules
Would you still have to use the gas mags if you tap it?

They Coudlv'e made it AEG mag fed and pre tapped a HPA plug in the internal gas well making it the perfect allrounder for HPA.
P90 without slamming the mag... A big letdown

USE LFS disks to take down FPS (have it on 2 G36s) no need for drilling ;)
I put an LFS disk in my WE P90 and it works like a charm at 330 fps
@@bambagamer I like them more than NAPS, more stable and actually more Legally proper. You cannot be able to increase FPS over limit with standard household tools - that is legal requirement.
