- Hi Eggies!!! We are doing something a lil different today...we're thrifting at a rag house called LA Vintage! A rag house is a textile recycler that purchases bales of clothing from thrift stores. They then sort through the clothes they purchased and curate collections. LA Vintage has everything from women's, mens, kids, to accessories!!! So, keep watching to tour a rag house and if ya make it to the end we have a lil 90s/Y2k haul!

i’ve been going to places similar to these with my mom since i was little! we call them bodegas and although you can by in bulk and there’s also a certain price u have to reach, there is also what they call the ‘monton’ where u can buy as little or as much as u want for $.30 a pound.
Wtfffff that’s hecka good pricing!!! And y’all resell what ya find or do you shop for the fam? I personally had never heard of a rag house until I came to LA and made other reseller friends who passed down this knowledge. But LA defs has higher priced bales when buying in bulk so most resellers who purchase from rag houses have to list their items higher to make a liveable profit! But so awesome this was nostalgic for you! For me it was going to pulgas with my grandparents and then ending the day with kfc🥰✨

I just realized that these are the tons and bulks of clothing that could possibly pollute us in the future, I'm glad that there are places like this that helps to sort clothing pieces so that people can reuse it and buy it in a cheaper price, not only that, they can also upcycle some pieces into a newer and trendier pieces.

We have something similar in my South Texas region! We call them ‘pacas’ or sometimes they were just named ‘ropa usada’ not as curated or organized as this but similar vibe! I used to go with my parents when I was younger. It’s just a bunch of clothes inside a warehouse and so many people rummaging through it all. We used to take bed sheets and fill them with clothes for the fam in Mexico, and everything is priced by the pound. I haven’t been to one in along time and this video made me want to visit one sometime soon!!

Oh gawd no!!! My single necklace was $3 and Taylor and tori met the minimum. Tori spent $600 and Taylor helped with surpassing the $750 minimum. I asked tori to come over with only a few 90s/y2k items since that aesthetic best fits my channel and wanted to end the video with a haul✨

I didn’t look at Tori’s itemized bill! I didn’t want to invade her finances or business cost for this trip. She did disclose in her video that she spent $600 and Taylor covered the remaining cost to meet the $750 minimum. But, my single necklace was $3 which was the cheapest item!
