Hi Danielle, I think the material of the brown pants would be called “no-wale corduroy”-a material that was quite popular in the late sixties early 70s. While this material feels a lot like velvet, it is plusher like a regular corduroy, but without the lines-or “wales” running through the fabric. There is also a wide-wale corduroy-which has thicker bands of plush fabric, with the lines running further apart.

OMGG!! Steampunk! That’s the word I was looking for only could t think of it while filming!! I was having trouble styling the pants so went more of a monochrome look but I think they have so much potential to be badass!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
i actually like that black cardigan! it’s dark/romantic and giving me Interview With a Vampire. (have you seen that movie?) :D it could look nice with a frilly white blouse!
Although we got there super late we found some really good pieces! The vintage swimsuits are pretty cute but I’d say the black top and the vintage undergarments were my fav for sure! Can’t wait for your live, it’s always so fun!!!!

since the green one is a bit big on u, u could sew in that rouched detail in the front. its not hard to do and it is a super fast flip!
Oooooo I’ve been wanting to do ruching on a few thrift flips but I’ve been too scared! Ima watch some tutorials beforehand instead of winging it like I do!😂💗✨
@@twinelle use an elastic in the inside and sew it in with a zigzag stitch. Just stretch the elastic while sewing and when u release it u have a perfectly made ruching on the front. That's how we do that scrunching effect on the back of leggings and bikini bottoms. IMO, its the fastest and easiest way. There are other ways, tho. Do ur research and try it in similar fabrics before hand! U can do it, girl!
I adore those brown pants!! They are wonderful and I don't think those whatever they are called should be cut off, they are p cool and fun!
