I have partnered with Nama for a 5 day juice challenge that will take place on instagram stories! This challenge will help encourage you all to consume more fruits and veggies with just one juice per day!
There will also be a juicer giveaway at the end of the week!
To enter the challenge and giveaway you must:

Im not always a big fan of juicing kale it’s a hit or miss and sometimes I like it and sometimes I don’t lol. Maybe I should make more recipes with kale ? Or should I stick to spinach ? Lol

Why do you strain the juice? I didnt buy the strainer (do I need it?)

You can buy a strainer from homegoods/tjmaxx or amazon. It’s a personal preference!
