THE BEST BEET JUICE | Supports Eye Health, Anemia, Blood Pressure, Liver | Nama J2 Juicer

Hi Everyone! I wanted to show you all my recipe for beets (this is literally the best beet juice I've ever made). Beets are a true superfood and is good for so much!!
Recipe:
2 Large Beets
1 Pineapple
2 lbs Carrots
1 Large Lemon
1-2 Inches of Ginger
I encourage you to do your own research for beets but they are powerful and can do so much, but here is a little info about the ingredients.
-Beets: contain iron which can support healthy blood levels, they can lower blood pressure and support a healthy heart, they can prevent eye issues such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy
-Carrots: Help with skin and eye health
-Pineapple: Contains Vitamin C for immunity, aids in digestion, and may help reduce inflammation

Great recipe! Mine is very similar… I use limes instead of lemon and I add some apples to it… if it’s too sweet I add some watermelon… thank you for sharing!

I found beet powder too that's isn't bad. You can blend it with your juice

I felt the same way about beets, and I gave them a second try. I just add a lot of ginger to mask the earthy taste and it’s delish!

If you don’t like beats because of their earthy taste, if you peel them before you juice them it will have less of that earthy taste that may help. also, it would taste more sweet once peed.

I have the NAMA J2, do you have complications with juicing pineapple? For me, it gets very stuck in the strainer/auger/spinner. Sometimes, when I'm not even done juicing, I'll take apart the NAMA and clean out the chamber parts and begin juicing again.
