recently it’s been quite eventful and a lot of stresses in my life. So I decided to fly over to a place where nobody knows me, to zen, to have a mindfulness week. It’s a full week dedicated to my solo time, self care, and really just hanging out with myself. Today i'm sharing with you a day in my life as an isolated person being alone, seeking inner peace and self love, just hanging out by myself, without friends.

Self-love is underrated. Koala really appreciate your video very much, have mostly been looking for outside love. Recently did a test if I lacked self love although i scored 7/10 but these areas show potential signs of low self-love:
1. neglect of personal needs (tend to think of others first over self and help others)
2. difficulty saying "no" and over committing (always agreeing and over promising)
3. difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries (tend to let others come into my inner circle need to set proper and firm boundaries "like privacy"
Self-love can helps me tackle challenges and put aside negative feeling and remove self criticism. Developing faith in ourselves including self trust and taking good risk for better opportunities for growth and personal development.
Accepting ourselves can also help with our sense of belonging. Getting self-trust and faith and helping us achieve our goals. Lastly, helping others isn't wrong its just a key part of self-love knowing what to give your time energy too.

I like all the foxes. I visited a cafe when I was in Seoul that had meerkats, wallabies, and a fox.

The fox village is something on my bucket list. Also the deers at Nara, rabbit island and the red panda all in Japan

Sometimes if I wanted to inner peace I just go jogging alone. I do find loneliness do bring me some internal peace.

I live a very peaceful life high on a hill and there is one fox that comes around every night. Then the rabbits disappears. Although there are lots of other wildlife around here like possums and kookaburras, I am always facinated by this fox. Then suddenly she stopped coming. The rabbits appear again, and life goes on. I wait for the next fox to appear.

Am the same MBTI as you. This feeling of de-compressing by going to a hotel room and just staring into space is so relatable 🤣. With the only irony that introverts in general aren't too keen to socialize with introverts. Most of my friends are ENTX or ENJX types exactly because I don't have to strain to make conversations.
