When can I start sleeping on my side after getting botox and fillers?

Botox a 6 hours after treatment whilst with filler it depends on where it was placed. if it's in the temple/cheeks/jaw (ie an area that would be affected by sleeping on the side) then give it a couple of weeks if possible.

You only really talk about after are on the day . You don’t mention anything about what not to undertake after Botox/fillers for example skin tightening like Alma or LPG for face . Many people are having various treatments including facials. Or they gave home devices like nuface or Rio or LED etc how long after Botox and fillers can these be resumed? TIA
