I used Castrol power 1 4T full synthetic 10w-40 and Valvoline synthetic gear oil 75w-90 in my GY6 150cc Vitacci Rocket and it seems to be running a lot better.

Theres just a lot so a bit of the backstory is that I bought a rocket used that wasnt running and so I was able to grt it running but now its just not even cranking. I can hear the motor starter but I cant hear the engine getting any compression I pulled the spark plug and its not getting any spark. You got insta or something so I could explain fully?

I’ve seen a ton of mixed opinions on the dipstick. My manual says to check oil without screwing the dip stick in but it seems everyone is screwing them in to check
Heat oil change every other oil change is extensive. Especially if it’s still coming out looking new like the one you did. That’s just a waste of fluid imo 😂 also it’s a lot different if you have a buggy with internal reverse and something else to consider is some manufacturers have recommended checking the oil by not screwing in the dipstick so that would mean your really low on your level the way you’re doing it or they’re overfilling. Who knows the correct answer though.
I thought your not supposed to twist the dipstick on, just dip it in untill the dip stick screw touches the metal the pull it out to read! Or is that only on the stock dipstick? My scooter mechanics are very experienced and they don't screw it on to get a reading.
Bottom line it must be in the grated area. Weather you screw it in or leave it Unscrewed you will achieve the grated area at proper level. To much oil will kill the top speed. Just be sure it’s in that area :-)
Please don't never overfill it with oil. To me that's why a lot of scooters will be leaking. If you put too much oil in your car it will blow an oil seal I've heard. This is common sense. I've had nine scooters. And I do just about all the work that needs to be done on them.

But now after literally starting the bike for 5 to 10 sec. I go to unscrew the dipstick cap. And oil sprays everywhere. But it's smelling alot like gear oil. Any suggestions?

How many times con they be reused? or should they be changed every 3-4 oil changes? When I bought my Chuckus, I was told the oils had been up-graded to synthetic. Also the norm with syn. oils is they don't need to be changed as often . Whats your view on this?
Most manufacturers recommend changing the crush washer every oil change. I only change them if they look flat and worn out, which is not very often. I can’t remember the last time I have ever had issues not changing them. Synthetic oil is nice. I would still do the normal intervals though. Just think of it as add bonus protection.
Yes you can . There's a replacement valve for an oil cooler that plugs into your oil drain plug . It's 23.00 on eBay and you can get the cooler for about 20bucks on there too

All those overpriced dress up parts and was running the bottom of the barrel spark plug, lol Sign of somebody just throwing money at every "performance" thing they see. If you put a rubber hose on the nozzle of that gear oil bottle it is easier to fill. On a buggy you just about have to do it or pull the engine to get the bottle close enough.

You're milage may vary, but a .024" gap on a NGK #4549 spark worked well for me. Hope this helps

Yes you can . There's a replacement valve for an oil cooler that plugs into your oil drain plug . It's 23.00 on eBay and you can get the cooler for about 20bucks on there too

neo 71665 those spark plugs from China the orange 1 is actually really good and 3 electrodes. Your right tho NGK spark is the best!
