I’ve seen a ton of mixed opinions on the dipstick. My manual says to check oil without screwing the dip stick in but it seems everyone is screwing them in to check

What size castle socket did you use to get the lock nut off the starter clutch? I can't find one anywhere

just installed and ran beautiful but now my spark plugs keep going bad and making me bog out, when i check everything it’s getting gas, carb was cleaned fuel lines cleaned, it’s getting fuel, plenty of air flow but i can’t seem to find out why my spark plug keeps going bad and having black residue on it

I have a crank but no spark. New battery, tested stator, r/r and still no spark . Do you think it's my cdi not working and if so, how do I test my cdi ? I have a 2001 sv 650s. Please help as my bike is over 10 yrs old no shop will diagnose my issue of no spark ! Thanks in advance .

Hey hope you see this I bought a 2014 Kymco agility 125 claims to be 125 ccs and I just tried to decode the engine and all it says is km25 and a load of numbers??? Also from vids I’ve seen I’m 100% is a gy6 engine

I know this is an old video, but I have a couple of questions. I recently was changing my spark plug and this small thingamagig fell out. I researched it and discovered that it was some sort of resistor. when I tried to put it back into the boot, it kept falling out when I tried to put the boot on the plug. is it suppose to be attached somehow in the boot? when I look inside, I just see a small spring. plus, is the boot suppose to pliable instead of hard? Great video. Still a bit confused as to which 180° is tdc. You said lobes down but lobes were down on both lines. Any other sure way of finding tdc on the compression stroke besides wiggleling the rocker arms?

I am a snowmobile/ATV/PWC mechanic of many years. This video was exceptionally well done. Something to add.. You start with the pilot circuit because that jet is there from beginning to end. It continues to spray along with the other circuits. You need to get that one right first. He does exactly that, I am just pointing out why. Excellent video, well done sir!!

My highest point in my state altitude is 5,276 and lowest is sea level the mean alleviation is 600 feet the setting on the carburetor I got from u had a 105 main jet and a 38 pilot already installed by u guys on the site it’s says pilot is 38 and main is 135 well I did a lot of testing on the jets and the 135 was boggy so I continued to find the sweet spot and I went back to the 105 main jet and the 38 pilot jet it had a little bit of boggy but not much I adjusted the air screw and made it a little better but it still wasn’t there so I ended up hooking up the purge valve tank and the boggyness went right away so with that being said it was just getting a little bit too much air I’m not sure what that purge valve tank does exactly but I would like to know?
