When you do a GY6 swap on your Honda Ruckus its important we don't downgrade from the Honda system. Otherwise why don't we just go the China Honda Ruckus clone route???? For those of you that are not educated on the subject of wiring and GY6 swapping a Honda Ruckus, I'm going to give you the run down on why the GY6 in a Honda Ruckus is sometimes labeled unreliable. Not having any luck searching the internet so I thought I'd ask here. I'm trying to install a backrest on my 2014 Honda Metro but can't find any stock parts. I was thinking of welding a different model onto the silver metal bar in the back. Do I have any better options? If not do you think that metal would be structurally sound enough to weld to?
Idk if you’ll see this but I have a honda metro that wont start without starter fluid but will stay running. New fuel pump and new filter. Thanks!

HEY bro I recently started my scooter and my starter was very very week since like last year today I started it by crank left it running for 15 min and then I said I’ll try my starter see if it works and now it no longer gets enough power to start and it ticks ? Any idea why (it’s a stock motor) it’s starts by crank first try perfectly tho.
I also found a automotive fuse just laying in my box which I don’t know what it si any idea too? Please let me know !!

Will this motor fit to honda Pcx 125 cc
I've been looking at maybe fitting a Honda Spree 2 stroke into my Chinese 50cc because the frame mount is on the bottom of the Spree engine just like the GY6 50cc motor!! Gonna see if I can make it fit!
The spree is super slow with a top speed of around 35 mph. I would just keep your stock motor
@@RollingWrench For sure! Right now I have a 50cc that I big bored to 51mm about 105cc. I thought a big bore Honda spree would be better for wheelies and speed. Maybe im wrong tho!

What would you recommend to do to a Navi to get gain a few MPH ?
Hey man. I have a 17 year old chinese scooter with a vacuum operated valve. It starts and drives, but when it idles for about 15-30secs it dies out. I also found out that there is fuel going up the vacuum line from the carb. Any tips? 🤔

I am definitely a noob but I have read that a gy6 is a generic engine made in Taiwan and or China. Why would you want to take the ruckus engine off and replace it with a gy6 engine? I am sure I am missing something lol
The main reason is because the ruckus engine is a 49cc, the GY6 is 125cc-232cc. You can install a Honda PCX engine. Into the ruckus. It’s just a little harder to find parts and a lot more expensive.
