We spent years purchasing brake lines from other companies, but was never really happy with them. The time has come for us to build our own feature packed brake line. This is the ProBld perfect brake line. To start, this sucker is steel braided with a gloss black coating for no flex & full brake power, unlike a rubber hose. The hose ends are pivotable do to it’s swappable hose ends. No more hose twist when trying to route the hose. Not to mention you can choose your banjo fitting to your specific needs. And the ultimate feature of this brake line is its quick release. You can have a perfectly bled system and remove the brake hose from the caliper with zero fluid loss or air bubbles. These brake lines come with one tall aluminum m10 x 1.25 banjo bolt with copper crush washers for the quick disconnect and another m10x1.25 standard length stainless steel banjo bolt with copper crush washers. One end will have a 28 degree banjo fitting and the other end the quick disconnect (28 degree). We offer this brake line in a 29 inch length for you lowered, low bar ruckus/chuckus scooters or a 40 inch length that is standard for most disk brake scooters.
Only Matt could make Brake Lines Interesting and Exciting lol.
Thanks Carl 👌
@@RollingWrench 168.9cc GY6 engine on a utv I want more power.its a chain set up not belt driven.is there a governor to take out.
If it has one, it would be connected to the throttle body. Look around where the throttle cable connects to the carb/injector.
braided brake lines, custom fittings, coloured sleeves done race style qd done perfect
YES!!!!! I have been waiting for these!!! 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
Never seen this type of brake line, very cool!
I think about brake lines..
I think I need this one lol.
Another top notch product from PROBLD.
Awesome break line Matt! Keep up the good work.
R A U L!!! It’s been a bit. Thanks dude
Yes love this set up must have it 👏 standing ovation
Thanks dude !
Thanks again for sharing this video! Mr. Matt
Thanks for the support Roy
I did flush out my brake line Matt because 15 yrs old! Right now I am greasing all bearing on my Piaggio mp3 with green grease synthetic!!
Hey what’s man… love all your videos and definitely inspired me to get started. Now question? When I swap my 50cc to a 150cc do I change the wiring harnesses and anything else electrical?
Hell yeah. Definitely gonna do this with my front end kit. Man I'm wanting to stretch my icebear vision scooter and I'm not sure how to go about it. Would a ruckus stretch kit work without frame mods or am I gonna have to just fabricate one.?
Off topic how’s the 232 turbo build coming along ?
I would like 5he box of goodies in your re opened video PLUS an oversized rear tie on a polished rear rim
This would be a great idea also for oil cooler lines. Think about making something like that as well matt
G R E A T I D E A !
Any updates on the EFI kit? Really wanting to buy a ruckus/chuckus again but I want EFI
Hi Matt, Question: I have a 2019 SYM Classic/Fiddle 125cc Scooter, Can this scooter have a GY6 150cc fitted to it ? To me, the mounting points don't look right. Cheers😊
So Matt You Helped Out With My Belt now I have another issue.
Put New Belt on Half way Home got stopped at redlight, when I went to take off she about died on me. Had to Feather Throttle to Coax her along, once it got over maybe 5 mph it ran fine. And now its been doing it since
2008 Wildfire 150
sat for about 1 1/2 yrs. It Coughs a good bit out of exhaust until she gets running normal at 5 mph
Clean the carburetor :-)
Is the icebear maddog scooter the same thing as the GY6?
Do 50cc Scooters still have a starter clutch? If so is it under a different name or is it a different size because I am having difficulty finding this online it always brings up the Bendix gear. I’m leaving this comment here because I don’t know if you check older videos. Thank you
What kind of power out of the ruckus
Where can I get those tires!?
a series on the mad dog would be great
It’s coming… P R O M I S E !
Hi where can i ask a question about my 06 honda cosmopolitan?
Narrator read scooter upgrades video from 2017 ... Built the best touring scooter on the east coast .
So I have a Wildfire wfh150d runs great today the drive belt broke and was eaten up beyond recognition. Which Belt Size do you suggest for top speed? [short case] 10" rims Is the 743/20/30 a good belt for speed thats whats recommended

Thank You Bro!
We want to seee more videos for the honda navi
They are coming :-)
how to contact you because I have some questions for my gy6 engine
Can u do a 100in? It is for a Gy6 buggy
Noooo. 100 in a buggy wouldn’t be possible I don’t thing
I bought a CVT kit and the gear up kit and I’m only going like 55 at most downhill maybe 60 I have the 150 cc engine that came with your stretch kit why do you think it’s only going 55 shouldn’t it be going faster?
What weight rollers do you have installed? And how much do you weigh?
@@RollingWrench 12g rollers and I weigh 200
Yeah mine drives me crazy brake line literally gets in the way constantly
The struggle “was” real :-)
The only thing you should watch out for if someone doesn't properly connect the brake line they might try to sue you
It’s DIY. It’s up to the user / shop to do the install correctly.
@@RollingWrench nice break design i like it
Shut up!!👀🙌🏾🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑this is super dope!!
Hey matt i have a question are you the owner of ncy parts?
Hey dude. No, we are a dealer though. NCY is a Taiwanese company.
I have a question about the pulley mine is jamming and the Teflon coat came off is there a solution?
@@panicboys8001 the Teflon will always come off where the rollers roll. But with coating around the rest it will still keep the dust down. If the pulley is jamming most likely it needs lubed.
We? 🤔
But what kind of money are we talking for them?

DIY FUEL INJECTION KIT (we now only offer our plug and play kit) ??????????????
We have no EFI kits currently
aluminium bango fittings,,,,,,err no.
Yaaaa, that’s how they make the longer length banjos
This is a bad idea someone is going to undo this with a foot or road trash and loose brakes
You have rear brakes too. It wouldn’t be a total loss. But I guess anything is possible.
Just bought an lcebear 50cc and put a 184cc in it
Am I ok do u know?
