I just want to say that as much as there are many sources saying the lyrics are about portnoys moms death. I think that it is actually about His entire life as a whole in which the carpe diem section focuses specifically on that part of his life.

Great reaction to one of my favorite pieces! I think this is my favorite performance by Labrie as well. I totally agree with you about his voice. As much as I love DT, Labrie's voice sometimes gets annoying. You should definitely react to their other epics like Octavarium or if you're up for a challenge, Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (the 42 min song).
Good song and reaction, but you should make a reaction about two of the most progressive songs of Nightwish, I mean to "Fantasmic" parts I, II and III of the album Wishmaster, and "Beauty of the Beast" of the album Century Child. Thank you...
Longest song ever? Lol, it is average length for a DT "long song", which is around 20-25 mins. But the real longest song is 42 mins, which is Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence
