This man is highly intelligent and shouldn't have to justify why his husband is by his side on that flight. Loved how he schooled the interviewer. I liked Pete when he was running for President. Unfortunately I knew that America wasn't ready for him and I hope he runs again in the future. His husband comes across as genuine and I'm thrilled for them having twins. If you want a highly intelligent, forward thinking, accomplished democratic president, then this man is your guy.

Secretary Buttigieg does so well on Fox and in Congressional hearings and on other media channels because he actually answers the questions that are asked. He doesn't double speak which always makes the speaker sound like they have something to hide. He doesn't try to constantly deflect to planned talking points that have nothing to do with the questions. He just answers them. Straight forward. Plain language. And leaves the gotcha questioners with nowhere to go except fumble around for an exit.
