As much as we should be applauding the inventiveness of our attacking corners and the individual brilliance of Onel's direct running and Sara's quick feet and improvised finishing, we should also be addressing the mishaps at the back, with Gibson & Hanley's clown show for the opener (well redeemed at the death by Hanley, granted) and the ineptitude of the defensive corner teamwork:-

3:45 1-2 whoopsie! looked like Hernandez was aiming to cut that back to the oncoming Hanley (or maybe Pukki but he was never getting that)

7:23 2-3 the penultimate replay shows it most clearly: you've got three City players 'marking' four Millwall! (with an additional Millwall nearby in the D) which in itself is bonkers, given Millwall also have one unmarked man on the keeper (and one marked man - by Pukki - on the edge of the six yard box); that leaves four City on the edge of the 6yd & two inside it marking nobody - the four presumably set-up zonally to block runs into the 6yd that don't materialise. Of that three on four mismatch, you have Idah & Hernandez grappling with one man, meaning there's two spare not just one! Sorenson has his man, Idah has his, Hernandez eventually breaks free and makes a dart for the man at the back after a quick misread of the flight of the ball, taking himself behind the free man that has ghosted into the perfect position to head across goal powerfully and totally unmarked in the entire move.
I understand and agree, but come on and enjoy this!! What a win. Not many have felt that good the last few years
I thought the strikers touch to take it away from both of them was really good , I think you are being harsh. Their 2nd goal was terrible. The pukki headed was also some great play and brought out a good save .
@@jonahlossiah4513 did you just ignore all the positive bits I had to say? I was a goalkeeper & left back, so the basics at the back would've bugged me at district level and so I had more to say to pick that last one apart. But that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the good bits or coming from behind to win at a tough play off rival's ground, where they'd been unbeaten since September. It's very easy to sing when you're winning, but if you don't address your shortcomings too then you won't progress.
@@garyspruce7736 being harsh on Sara, who I credited with quick feet (referencing the right foot trap/tee-up) & quick thinking - how was I being harsh there? I wasn't gonna include timestamps for everything, people can just watch the highlights through for pukkis header (which was great link up play with onel) & Gunn's saves & Hanley's block. I added the Sara long ranger timestamp aside the goals for our burgeoning south American audience (and cause it's awesome).

That was still a complete lack of communication and coordination with plenty of pitch available to avoid the chance of a strike at goal. By just typing FFS I was letting them off lightly.

Giving big support to Norwich from Portugal. Norwich are showing real promise under Wagner. It looks like we have the best forward line in the Championship but some of the silly mistakes in defence let them down. if Norwich do manage to go up, they will need a massive injection of quality players to keep up otherwise it will be the yo-yo once again. OTBC!

Torcida do SP gosta de pegar no pé de jogadores bons e promissores e endeusar e bajular jogadores medíocres, Sara dava equilíbrio pro meio campo do São Paulo, agregava força e intensidade ao time, era um dos poucos que chutava bem de longe e ainda fazia gols, mas sempre jogavam a culpa nele. Essa torcida merece os perebas que estão aí.

@@marki61422 'huge for us' doesn't equate to 'he'll definitely be the difference in us managing to stay up this time' it just means he'll be a key player and one of few most likely to be able to make the step-up in class/pace. (EDIT for clarity) ...in a team that'll still likely go back down again - and that's if we even get up in the first place, of course.

Please please please make these highlights shorter... we don't need to see a replay of every single thing from every possible angle. Sky manages to do highlights of games in the prem in 2-4 minutes, surely it's possible to make these at least somewhat as short as that?
