Sara goes so under the radar, he was definitely my MOTM today. He was absolutely everywhere, his engine did not stop. So comfortable on the ball and alwaus ready to recieve it. Special player.

Barnes is seriously something we’ve missed since holt I thought Hugill was going to be that person but Barnes has showed how good at a job he does, his hold up play is brilliant as well as his work rate and to think he’s “too old” and will “only be are second choice striker” I’d say he’s done very well
Hugill could have been that guy if Wagner had him. He left during last winter and Wagner only took over after the transfer window. Anyway, I think Barnes is better bc of his leadership and shithousery
@@benmanutd2 Hugill couldn’t hold up the ball properly or distribute sadly, he had no link up play either where as barnes does but can’t fault the man’s efforts for the club

@@nat1baby Never said he was prem standard and let’s not disrespect him either because he has been in the prem and done very well, in terms of what he has to offer for this team yes I would use the word brilliant to compare are attack last season to this season so far has been night and day and Barnes has certainly helped that
Ashley barnes is so class, he knows exactly what to do to help Norwich get promotion and win the championship

Not sure why you think a statement would be necessary, i never had anything against samba but at least fans can actually chant to seven nation army which is much more enjoyable in my honest opinion. OTBC 🔰

JONNY ROWE HAVE A GO! We're looking very bright but I am worried about our bench. Our performance seems to drop when we make substitutions.
I see what you mean and have heard this a lot after this game, I think we're overthinking it a bit. Nunez does a job, Springett and Idah are young and you only need to look at Rowe to see how much impact confidence could do to them. It's infectious and will spread through the bench too. The QPR game was pretyy awful till we brought in the big guns so what you say is true

Build up touches are much better this year. Johnny Rowe gives them needed speed and makes everyone around him better.
What really impressed me to day was there driving determination to win confidence and team work for the rest of the league the nest is no longer a place for easy pickings now the butcher birds are back!

The brokem Championship: Clubs who have parachute payments have a massive advantage over others. Small clubs like Burnley and Bournmouth go up, get relegated 2 years later, sell their players. Burnley bought 26 players last year knowing they couldn't break fair play rules becuse their worst payment from the Prem was 75 mil. They will never spend more than 2 years in the Champ again the way things stand.

Here come all the naive fans spouting about GOATS or how we will get promoted. After one poor win against a poor side… Barnes got lucky for his goal, McLean and the defence are a joke!! Our best player is a youth player and one of the only black players we have. When will this club start using sense and promoting and USING players like Abu and Tomkinson??? Playing like this will get us big defeats against average sides.
