I don't have this option for some reason. I never head this option. And I do have Black Widow. Terrifying presence shows up just fine, but not this one.
A male has "confirmed bachelor" and the female has the "black widow" each one of them work on certain people only i believe. :) most dialogue options work only on the opposite sex. (the only one i can think of that isnt opposite is arcade gannon in freeside)
