Something I've been wondering about the door lock and door handle on STIs. Is it normal for them not to unlock when you pull the handle from the inside, like any other car does? And it also doesn't autolock a little after you take off, again like any other car? Is this normal? I've been wondering without luck on finding a concrete answer on this thinking my lock actuators are damaged or something.
ikr!? There's no auto lock or unlock from the inside on my STi or any older Subaru I've been in. I think they've added that feature on some newer models but it definitely isn't just you

No problem! It seems like pretty much all of these features work on all the VA models from my research except I believe the Angel eyes might only be on the newer VA STIs (2018+) and welcome lights are available on the limited trim

If you're referring to remote start, then unfortunately you can't do that on this car
