  • Using a stretch loop you can easily give the big toe a stretch to help re-align it. Helpful for preventing and reversing bunions or hallux valgus.

    Sometimes it makes my pain worse ( on top of my foot )

      It could be stretching and adapting - which is a positive however if pains persists then definitely get a clinical assessment

      As long as you can tolerate really- I tend to suggest just a few minutes to start with but build up to 20-40 mins/day. This is general advice only of course, it depends on the individual situation and goal .

    What can be done if i was born with broken big toe so they are not straight ???

      If this was a congenital issue it might be difficult to correct . It is hard to say so would recommend a professional opinion

      Normal shoes dont cause bunions if ur not an idiot and use the wrong size

      @@sandels5805normal shoes are the main cause of bunions actually, the size doesn’t matter as the toe box is always too narrow

      First find foot specialist that specializes in
      natural and safe therapy treatments as a first
      line of correction, instead of surgery as the
      only cure option. IMO, surgery first is 👎👎
