Season 6, after they were married is honestly my favorite season. After he finally allowed himself to love her, he was fully devoted to get and it's just the sweetest to watch
Also, he realized that, while of course his relationship with Sarah was special, this one with Fran was its own kind of special.
I have issues with Season 6, but that was definitely a highlight. He was basically the perfect husband.
The scene in season 5 where Sarah came to visit him is definitely one of the best leading into season 6
