They literally did make some of the greatest lawn mowers in the world, but they were expensive and the masses were not willing to spend $8000 on a riding lawn mower, when they could get a shiny new mower at the big box stores for $1300, (even though they were Chinese made crap compared to the magnificent Hondas.) None the less the Honda riding mowers failed to sell, and Honda stopped making them. We have become a throw away society and the same goes for music. Sorry Kid Rock, today people will find the song on some App, and download it for free.
