Okuama: Nigerian Army Invaded My House, Killed Two of My Aides- Jackrick-Egberipapa

  • čas přidán 15. 04. 2024
  • Initially, we were not able to ascertain if they were military or assassins following the rapid gunshots at 2.30am. According to the military, they received intelligence that some criminals involved in Okuama killings were hiding in my house, which is absolutely absurd.
High Chief Sobomabo Jackrick-Egberipapa, Paramount Ruler of Da-Ike Group of Houses and Communities in Rivers State

Very intelligent, he said govt is funding people they think are powerful but the people govt is funding are not actually powerful, they're more powerful. That's a strong message from him after initial deplomatic answers and repeatedly saying he has been short changed for so long. I believe the top Army officers killing is a strong message from strong militants that has been complaining about Tompolo enjoying alone. Asari Dokubo has also been complaining Tompolo gave them peanuts as this High Chief also said, and Tompolo enjoying huge contract that's supposed to be shared for them.

How many police men and soldiers have perished at the hands of Fulani bandits? How many other Nigerian communities have suffered the same fate?
No community in Nigeria has more arms than the Fulani. Due to the marauding of their armed militia, Nigeria is very close to being declared a failed state.
How many Fulani towns have been razed by the Nigerian army as a result? Zero! How many of their leaders have been arrested? Zero! Why the double standard? Is there a collusion of some against the Niger Delta? The last time a Niger Delta community was razed to the ground was during Obasanjo’s regime. And now, it is happening again during a similar tenure. What are the people supposed to think? Who burns a whole house down because there are rats in it?

The truth of the matter is nobody is happy with the way those soldiers were killed..in dealing with a people the army should have a phycologist and a sociologist to tell them the way to go about getting those boys that did the dastard act .one, you should know the people from the south south have a very damming behaviour,a grudge against the Nigeria state in their minds that they are not getting enough of their Oil and Gas wealth ,two, these people respect their King like no other as the Oba of Benin over the centuries has taught them, you humilited their king when you should have invited him as a mark of respect of the traditional institution rather you declare the King wanted amongst criminal remember the video when one the killer's said if you arrest the community leaders, the community will have no direction, Allegations were there that the army killed and burnt some properties etc, thirdly, you try to systematically humble the
Elder statesman Edwin Clark a leader of the south south people with all these in their hearts of the local people how do the army expect them to give them clue, no matter how sophisticated intelligence is human factors are very necessary at the most crucial point..you dealing a people who are very informed
Like the USA FBI will say ,and I quote,we have the time and money ..to go after the criminal no matter how long . They did same to Tompolo, were they succeefull, Not even placing.abounty on him.. N200 million the people did not volunteer information because of a certain feeling.
The process of getting these boy would have being gradual process of less animosity with the locals. rather than imagining thoughts and going and killing innocent people as in this case.

To my understanding, it was Gov Tompolo who brought the Khaki boys illegally to finish out his unlicensed counterpart in the oil bunkering business. business

You are not the first neither are you the second... they always invade our land anyhow because nothing will happen after all. They invaded Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's compound and killed 28 people and nothing happened. But this kind of thing cannot happen in the north no matter how many soldiers that are killed. I wonder if our boys are also in the Nigerian army?
