The citizens of developed countries are generally aware of their constitutional rights without being informed or educated, except in Nigeria, where many innocent Nigerians ended up being wrongly imprisoned because they wished to be rendered intelligent and ended up being captured by the corrupt NPF. When Nigerians see something, make use of the information and do not frustrate this effort.
