Oppo Watch 3 and the Oppo Watch 3 Pro are the first smartwatches to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 wearable platform which was made official back in July.
The Oppo Watch 3 comes with a 1.75" 372x430 AMOLED screen with 3D glass on top, a 400 mAh battery that charges in 60 minutes, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, Bluetooth 5.0, eSIM, NFC, 5ATM water resistance, GPS/Beidou/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS, and Oppo's Apollo 4 Plus coprocessor which is used instead of the Snapdragon when little computational power is needed.
All of these specs allow for a battery life of four days with full usage (or three days if you go for the LTE model and use LTE). Alternatively, in a light mode, you can get ten days. The Watch 3 will be offered in Platinum Black and Feather Gold. It weighs 31.9g without strap.
The Oppo Watch 3 Pro has a bigger, 1.91" 378x496 AMOLED screen which is LTPO, in a first for a wearable. Its battery is bigger too at 550 mAh, which allows for five days of full usage (four with LTE) and 15 days of light mode. It charges in 65 minutes. The Watch 3 Pro will launch in Platinum Black and Desert Brown. It weighs 37.5g without strap.
The Oppo Watch 3 starts at CNY 1,499 ($222 or €216 at the current exchange rates) and the Watch 3 Pro starts at CNY 1,899 ($282, €274). They are available to order already and will go on sale in China on August 19. Whether they will ever get an international launch is anyone's guess at this point. Do note that they run a proprietary software platform in China, and if they ever do launch elsewhere it's unclear if they will switch to Wear OS or not.

They really need to launch the new oppo watch globally,as there aren't many options for Android watches that are future proof! Especially with the new Google wear os.and to be honest I think these watches look much better than the new Samsung galaxy watch 5 or the new Apple watch
I completely agree, Oppo only focuses on the Chinese market. If it enters the global market, its products can easily compete with Samsung or Apple. I hope that the company will be expanded and enter the global market in the future.

What app are you using I couldn’t get “wear os google” to setup and update Oppo watch 3 pro
This App after getting connected to Bluetooth give error of not being able to update the watch

Unfortunately, the watch is only available in China. Whether there will be a global version, there is no information yet.

Is the Oppo watch 3 (standard) able to reply notifications when in power saving mode ( 15 days battery life) ?
In power saving mode, you have limited functions, so this is not allowed here.
@@criticaltech7091 I have seen that in power saving mode the Oppo 3 Pro is able to reply notifications with predefined messages, so I thought it was the same with Oppo 3 standard
@@flavioferrara1101 I can't even tell you for sure, I haven't tested this feature on the Oppo 3. Mostly in power saving mode, the watch has limited functions.
Can the crown be rotated for scrolling?
Naturally you will be able to controls such as page turning and volume adjustment bring a new interactive experience.

I'll take the pro I love big screens a question I use pixel 7 pro would notification work with this with Bluetooth without sim card and reply to text text reply to calls call and all the call and text functions plz I can't get answers anywhere and plz don't tell me about pixel watch I hate it I don't but it's ugly as hell small as hell so can't use it I'm big and have big wrists or average man wrist
You will be able to answer calls, but text messages only on the phone itself, and not on applications like WhatsApp. The OPPO Watch 3 Pro has a microphone and speaker that allow you to make calls easily.
@@criticaltech7091 so sorry what you mean text on the phone so someone sends a text I can't reply the light the watch ? I have to reply through my phone ? That sucks as that defeats the purpose it's good receiving texts nice to see but wish these companies make it full functions and not half way crap alot of watches or android watches don't have that and big companies have to use their own phone and own watch to get full functions can't get another watch or if you get won't get those important things
And another question am I able to send sms or mms on the watch from a contact choose a contact and just text without replying to anyone a new message
I meant that the watch is able to respond to a regular SMS, but through applications such as WhatsApp, they cannot send.

That's sad and actually the only reason why Samsung watches are the only real competitor against Apple watches in their functionality. I wore Samsung watches now for some years and they are good, but i would love to use a squared display now and the only squared Android watches you find are functional extremely cut down and it's very hard to accept in 2023, because I am not the only one demanding for this. :D
