I actually became very imterested in the Watch 3 Pro from Oppo after seeing the Pandaily review, unfortunately, like ypu mention, there is no global option and I really don't wanna try my luck with the chinise version.

Hmm 🤔 It's true that the tracking side is very important on a smartwatch, but I think it's the really smart aspect (notifications, interactions with messaging apps, and above all the possibility of having access to a store like the Apple Store or or the Playstore) that make a smartwatch a smartwatch 🤷🏽♂️. Does the Oppo Watch 3 Pro have access to the Playstore, is it under Wear-OS? If not, it's not actually a smartwatch, but a chunky luxury smartband. And in that case, a $100-$120 Huawei Watch Fit 2 is a much better option. 🙏🏽
1 GB RAM is concerning. Pixel watch has 2 GB, which smoothly runs full phone apps (like Newpipe, for listening to the full catalog of YT videos/songs). Galaxy Watch 5, with 1.5 GB, stuttered with that a bit when I used it. I know there's a 0% chance of this, but if Oppo does decide to do an international version, if it had 2GB RAM I'd be all over it.
if you check Huawei GT3 watch or its similar levels , you could reach about >1 week for power life with PPG/MEMS sensors working for HRM/Sleep/Stress/SPO2.. and auto motion recognition . i believed its the best in the world , that's why US try every way to crush Huawei without any legitimate reason.

i think pure andriod (ColorOS For Watch 5 based on andriod 11 ) is batter than wear OS
