You're so right about eatting properly, exercising and doing everything that your hair need so it can flourish. I never used Cantu products and I'm just starting to use Shea Moisture products. Alma powder and aloe vera is the bomb. I never tried henna or hisbiscus powder yet I definitely gotta try that. Cold infusion sounds interesting with protective styling. You're definitely on the right path for healthy hair. I'm a natural hair channel showing you love and I'm a new subbie. I'll see you around 💕

Would love hair update? Did u keep ur hair away for the yr? I'm also on a hair journey. I did big chop like in Oct 2019! It's already growing like wild flowers. My goal is bra strap! No vitamins supplements just eating right and drinking lots of water and excercising. I'm also doing hot oil treatment and deep condition and wash my hair once a week!
