One thing I must add - This treatment is to be used CONSISTENTLY over a long period of time. This is not a treatment that you use once or twice to see massive growth. All though you will see improvement in your hair after a couple uses this treatment does require consistency to obtain massive hair growth. *I've been using this treatment for about a year now *

I put garlic in it, I use green beauty’s recipe because I’ve been getting a lot of shedding out of nowhere. I just started about a week ago and I really hope it will help with growth and less shedding.

Loved what this did to my hair. The look and feel is unmatched. I can’t seem to get the smell out though! It’s been a week and when I work out I still smell like onion. Any suggestions? I’ve already did a store bought mask overnight and ACV rinse. Thanks!

I know what you mean. I had the same issue and because of that I wasn’t very motivated to keep doing it. But you can try with peppermint essential oil diluted in your oil of preference and massage your scalp, also try sweet orange essential oil.

Wash your hair with coffee, add instant coffee to your shampoo. If you still smell the onion, soak your hair in coffee and leave it until you can't smell it anymore, and then rinse with water.

I boil the onion with cloves. The smell is very faint when it’s done and is barely there once you add peppermint essential oil to it.

    Do you need red onion?

You mentioned in one of your more recent videos that you often clean your scalp with distilled water and rosemary. After applying the onion treatment (using the boil method, which smells a lot less potent) could I cleanse my scalp simply using the water/rosemary method? I’ve been trying to figure out how to incorporate the onion treatment into my routine without having to wash my hair too often, as my hair is usually in twists

My Indian friend uses cotton balls to apply her onion juice to her scalp. She parts it into thin sections and dabs the cotton ball on the parts. I’ve found that using the cotton ball makes my hair less fuzzy when washing in twists. I’m thinking you can apply the Rosemary water in the same way as well. Hope this helps ❤
