I had a co-worker who was told by a holistic doctor to blend 80% green vegetables and 20% fruit. She had several bald spots from alopecia. Yes that’s what I do weekly in addition to Ayurvedic process w Amla . No smells & green beauty gave me confidence with the science. I boil mine let it cool then add cayenne pepper. Now my hair acts funny if I don’t use it. It’s my weekly routine now. Hope this helps you
I used onion juice for 3 months. I normally get the average half inch of hair growth per month, but with onion juice I saw about 3/4 to 1 inch per month. I stopped using it because I really didn't like the smell even with essential oils added. Thank you for the video!

@@KarenofCurlHouse , I used onion juice once per week on my wash day. I would shampoo my hair then apply it to my scalp and let it sit in my hair with a processing cap for about 30 minutes. Then rinse and continue with my conditioner. I saw a lot of progress using it this way.

Next time try setting an entire paper towel and put it near you cutting. No eye irritation at all
I tried this once before and my scalp was so irritated and inflamed. That was the last time I tried using food in my hair but I’m glad it works for others.

I want to also add that taking like two tablespoons of chopped onions everyday led to the dark circles under my eyes disappearing and my complexion brightening up. Am not consistent cos I hate onions but whenever am consistent, like the next day, I see benefits. When I have applied it to my hair, the hair gets silky smooth.
It did work for me after applying it before shampoo and conditioner for over 2 years.. I did leave it on for 1 hour. Stop my hair breaking during washing and afterwards.

I've not tried, as I'm currently trying your suggestion of vegetable glycerin water and doing well. I do have a question now as I'm due to dye my grey roots; will the vegetable glycerin water affect dyeing my roots or do you suggest i wash it out first??
