I really liked the video where you said to make small changes and keep going from there cause that's what I've been focusing on this whole year actually trying to really set up those good habits to make it a lifestyle instead of yo-yoing got all my workouts in this week now focusing on counting macros upcoming week!

Alexis, I agree with you because I don't think Ed Sheeran is the best and I thought Christian looked pretty stupid saying that. But Ed still has impressive skills in the art. I just think he is a better entertainer than a singer and has some good song writers that keep him in the spotlight.

Started at 188lbs.. currently sitting at around 176. Still gaining strength and starting to see vascularity. Don't even feel starved either :) guess I had a lot more water weight in me than what I had thought lol

I joined summer shredding competition, but since the day Christian talked about summer shredding give away back in January, I've been bulking up. I first start working out last year in May and was 200 lbs I hit low of 167 January. Since then I've been bulking and now gained 15lbs, guessing 50% of that was fat but for the first month I'm bulking and then gonna shred everything! Still have two more weeks left and I can't wait to start hitting cardio!
haven't had a problem I make delicious macro friendly food! so shred going good for me started at 194 now at 187!
