+Salt It might have to do with america. I don't know the laws and stuff but I'm 18 and I was able to rent a car here in canada $270 CAD for the weekend including gas and we used about 400 miles lol. Hyundai Elantra or whatever.

I think what christian said was of absolute IMPORTANCE and Im 100% sure its gonna fly by most peoples head(as it did for me when others used to tell me). All the changes I've made in my life in the past year have all been in a very progressive fashion. Starting small, making tiny changes and build. And BOY! once you gain the momentum and things start compounding, you are gonna appear like a superman to most people. Baby steps everyday = "Overnight Success" . Anyways, just my perspective.

That rant in the middle is amazing! I started watching your vids today and decided that I'm going to test myself to be as healthy as I can be. I've already started loosing weight and I've already lost 6 lbs- I cut out sodas (except for the weekend). I started at 285 and I'm now at 278 today. I've tried a bunch of times before and just got lost and stopped. This is the one I can feel it.

You hit the nail on the head; once you start seeing progress, it's instantly an addiction. I've lost over 60lbs so far from changing daily habits (like cutting out soda). Once I started to see a cut on my bicep, I became in love with the gym. That tiny little cut kickstarted my passion for fitness. I absolutely love and appreciate your content, sir. You're truly an inspiration.

@Christian Guzman Hey man, at 9:53 I saw your seated calve raises. I am by no means trying to offend you or call you out, but I think you would highly benefit from raising your heel more upward during the movement (even if that means decreasing the weight). This will allow you to fully contract your calve (and soleus). Let me know if it works for you, keep motivating man (I love what you're doing)!

absolutely CG a couple years ago all I did was started just walking to hit my fitbit step goal and drinking more water now I'm the guy with tubs of protein and creatine going to the gym 4x/week.
Safe to say my netflix subscription has been cancelled for summer shredding commencing!
