- Dirk Benedict (born Dirk Niewoehner on March 1, 1945) is an American movie, television and stage actor and author. He is best known for playing the characters Lieutenant Templeton "Faceman" Peck in The A-Team television series and Lieutenant Starbuck in the original Battlestar Galactica film and television series. He is the author of Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy and And Then We Went Fishing.

I met Dirk that weekend as well, friendly and entertaining guy! My brother was extremely excited to meet one of the members of The A-Team as well. During the second day, while my brother was taking a photo of me with Mark Patton (from NOES2), I see Dirk passing by behind my brother. He sees me seeing him and he stops to say, "BOO!", in my brother's ear! Lol.
After I was all done meeting Mark, I walked over to my brother and asked him what he thought of the guy saying BOO! while he was taking the picture. He told me it pissed him off... until i told him who had done it, then he thought it was hilarious! Lol. Anyway, just a fun story. 👍👍

Dirk is modest guy and has common sense, showing that there are great Conservatives who are also beloved actors.
even though I'm late in game and I'm on a learning curve about Dirk, I am glad that not only does Dirk gets it and fully understand what core values are and conservatism is and has stuck to those strong values his whole life! I love what he said, 'attack on the family, attack on the individual, attack on heterosexuality"! Plus I am glad Dirk his straight! Thanks for showing this and the other video you did about his first engagement and his ladies in the other one with Dirk! Shame he hasn't visited Australia, people would love him here! Go Dirk! I actually met him and Toni when they lived in Agua Dulce, Calif. Went to lunch with Toni and went the their home which was very cool. Old wood floors. Counters were made out of old bowling alley floors. The house was like 60/70 years old. Very sweet people 😃🌸😃

Is it $40 if he autographs an item you bring with you? I'd love to have him sign his A-Team action figure, his Funko pop, his book and a picture I took with him 17 years ago when I first met him in Michigan. He is coming to Illinois in mid-November. It will be my 2nd time meeting him. I love him! He was my first celebrity crush at 10 years old. This sounds pathetic, but I wonder if he would let me record a few seconds of him possibly saying, "I love you, Miranda" or "Face loves you, Miranda." And maybe the line, "I love it when a plan comes together." He will probably think I'm crazy. lol I'm not. I just really adore him. 💜

I agree with you about the term limits. I don't think people--including myself--realize just HOW separate these career politicians manage to keep themselves from the general populace and how horrified the Founding Fathers would be to see how the modern politician has mangled their original intentions for his office.
I think the president should publically call out the GOP congressmen who have made conservative-sounding promises in the past that they obviously had no intention of keeping (there's one of those in my state whom I've called and emailed a few times...). In a recent survey that I received for being a donor to Trump's campaign, I told them to get some of their people to research (it wouldn't take much to find what they need) and compile some quotes from these Congressmen juxtaposing past promises with their decisions today to be read publically by the president.

I feel so bad for Dirk, he gets dragged in to garbage like this regularly.
Even Shultz went on to do something else which he was able to make a name for himself and put some distance between himself and this wretched show 'the a-team'.
As a kid yes, I can understand this series had action with little to no plot and almost entirely episodic, completely single dimensional characters with no development at all, no story arch except for maybe the series finale and that was it.
But a HORRIBLE!!! TV series!
