Awesome! Whenever I try doing this I usually end up landing the opposite way I took off, and it ends up just looking like a normal b twist. After seeing this I think I need to kick higher and jump high that way my body gets around more.

can you make an updated handstand video as the techniques shown in the previous video haven't worked for me and I've been practising for months. also, could you incorporate controlling into a headstand from different moves like the frog stand
+Murtaza Qureshi ...they are the best drills to work towards the handstand. You need to work harder, train more frequently or get guidance by a coach in person.

could you do the same about spinning? I can do 360° jumping roundhouse going anti-clockwise but struggle spinning clockwise. Any tips on how to improve.

Today I had a dream that I met u ! :)
I've met him In a taekwondo/ kickboxing grading he's assessed me about a year ago but he didn't any more because I'm in a higher age group now because he assesses the younger ones(8-11 yrs) or he didn't do it any more the grading's I mean he is so amazing when I did a workshop(extra session) with him he did all of us there it was like 12v1 he like proper got me Down it was so fun though it was great if u meet to. :D

I can do this on a matress, but i do it more like a backflip 360 (Not the kick, the kick is ok) but im going a lot more backwards before i twist.
