Juji screaming incoherently while doing flutter kicks and giant brain Shaw hunched over him screaming encouragements is one of the funniest images I think I’ve ever seen
I absolutely LOVE this kind of chat in a video while training. I'm dealing with a really shitty low back injury and was finally able to hit the gym again today. Did some deadlifts and even though I felt like a bitch for only hitting 1 plate, what matters is that I did something. Thanks for videos like this Juji, you're fucking epic.
@@nathandiaz3446 Its good cardio, I did like 50 reps with 135 and my back felt pumped as hell. This was after several sets of 135 barbell rows and shrugs. You don't need lots of weight to build muscle.
It's interesting what different training plans the strongmen follow. I watch all the main guys and they're all different. Eddie Hall - almost like a bodybuilder, working up to a top set of six on a big exercise, then 8-12 on accessories. Martins - focusing on movement patterns and technical things like front squats. Stoltmans - more like powerlifters, following v specific programming with exact loads for every workout. Brian - always tons of bands, chains, unusual bars. Don't think I've ever seen him do a straight squat or deadlift. Obviously these styles worked for each of them. They're all champions. But surprising how different the approaches are.
@@walterashworth1011 Brian Shaw has done collabs in the past with Ed Coan and Mark Bell, both of which have connections to Dave Tate from EliteFTS (brilliant YT channel), who in turn worked out at West Side with Louis Simmons in the late 90s/00s. So yeah, I think Brian has based his training on the West Side inspired conjugate system
Has a disabled lifter I just doesn’t understand why people neglect their legs or straight up don’t train them, I’m here looking at leg day with pure envy 😂😂😂
Brian is a really sweet man. And Juji has always been a really sweet man as well. This is a combination where the ego got checked at the phone call. It's just two dudes, doing pure, raw, work. Period. When you spend time with someone and your energy's aren't conflicting with each other, that's a good combo.
Brian may be a good sport, but you are amazing Juju :) Love how you try too match Brian, in every way. He is like a legend, being half as good as him is enough for mortals. I feel like im looking at a Jacked Asterix and Obelix training montage, so stoked!
dude juji, who ever is writing your ads is a genius lol. i despise nord vpn (any vpn) because ive dealt with stalkers using them. but your ads are entertaining all the same
Seeing a Brian Shaw move on that Attack Bike is terrifying! Amazing & supraphysiogically entertaining adventure workout gentlemen! Never skip leg day bro!! 💪
I would really like to see a series on jujis channel called workout adventures with Brian Shaw so we can see more of them trying different really intense work regiments
I salute you, Juji. That ad was well done. It's rare that I see an ad which doesn't annoy me. If I had an award to give for such a thing, you would have won it.
Great vid! Awesome workout you guys! And that’s probably my favorite segue to the sponsor you’ve done. Very creative and the cuts were clean! Love ya Juji!❤💪🏼😃
brian is one of the nicest dudes on thr planet so when he starts talking about how he never shows any weakness that a amazing reality check that he is also one of the most savage dudes
The goal of not lying on the ground is something I will need to implement myself. I know sometimes I feel like I need to, but winning that battle is just another level I feel we all need to push to.
Okay question for Juji and chat! Who would YOU Love to see Brian train with ? something that you would sit there and go... this is motivating as awesome as hell!!!
What you guys did on the bike is called Wind Sprints!!! We did that in Pro Wrestling traning with the Hart Family but we did it on an old school tread mill. No belt, no motor just metal rollers....Builds the cardio and heart strength like crazy and fast.
Loved the fact that Bryan did the outro for YOUR video!!! Amazing content, man!!! More collabs with the two of you! Please include Eddie too!!!! Take care!
Brian pulled 500m on a C2 in something like 1:10 or 1:15, and no matter your size or strength, you have to have incredible cardio capability to do that. He probably has some Secretariat type heart that is way more efficient than most peoples.
Juji screaming incoherently while doing flutter kicks and giant brain Shaw hunched over him screaming encouragements is one of the funniest images I think I’ve ever seen
Brian going full throttle on the Assault Bike was scary af
The fact that it held up to that says something about the engineering that went into it.
@@thomasbaughman9941 If Brian can't destroy it, what hope do us mortals have?
Ikr, imagine seeing that coming at you on a dark night. Fuckkkk that
Really should be what Rogue uses to advertise the Echo bike lol.
also, how fast he moves with those flutter kicks. Doesn't seem like someone that big could move like that, with that much control.
When Brian Shaw closes out your own video with his outro... you just let him do it and be thankful! Great video!
I think he was probably so worn out at that moment he forgot who’s channel they were even filming for 😂
I thought the same. He did look towards his cameraman, but Juji didn't edit it. Big props to Juji.
@@michaelmullins1290 If I'm not mistaken Juji finished of Brian's last video from today so maybe they meant to do that?
Are you going to add flutter kicks or assault bike sprints on your next leg day? Do you even train legs bro? BRO. BRO!!!
Flutter kicks in bird masks, 100%
Destroyed my legs today, yessir!! Love all your videos Juji! 💪🏼
Bro, i skip leg day every day😂
#PigBikeFTW!
I don't think assault biking is legal in California
Brian Shaws 'warm up' for leg day IS my leg day!! Such a great colab, cheers for the share Juji!!
I am consuming so much Brian Shaw content on CZcams and i love this guy. He is on Juji channel, his own channel,Eddie hall channel

Youre right. That's what makes strongman awesome. Getting huge in whatever way you want & playing to your strengths. Mix of athleticism and raw power
Brian’s sort of reminds me of conjugate . Lots of variety to keep fatigue low and recovery high.
@@walterashworth1011 Brian definitely focuses much more on recovery because of his age, he once trained way heavier

It's almost like progressive overload just gets you strong
Flutter kick thing is an ingenious way to work fast twitch and tendon strength
Brian Shaw is not only the strongest strongman, but he is also the smartest & nicest.
His mind is honed. Incredible athlete
eh the strongest strongman fluctuates. currently its one of the stoltmans i forgot which one lol
This was Juji's best video I have seen in a long time. I LOVED every second of this video and Juji and Brian's collaborations!!!
Was not expecting a 6’8” 400lb behemoth doing flutterkicks….
Thank you for the great monolift ad (instead of some generic ad). This is an ad I will actually watch. Keep up the good work.
This series 10/10
I’m with Brian I’m
Currently working on 20 reps with 365lbs, they really test the mental side leaves no room for excuses
I'm doing three sets of 20rep breathing squats on my leg days. there is no greater test of mindset
We all start from somewhere man. We're all gonna make it
Yea. We used to call them Widowmakers. I tapped out at 335 *20 when I was lifting
Brian needs to attempt a world record on that echo bike. I guarantee his power output is off the chart.
I think Rick Boogs would like that flutterkick thing. It's a very MINDSET kinda exercise.
You guys are such a great duo. I love how you thrive off each other's energy
Assault bike after resistance training is a hypertrophic lifehack
I love the Shaw collab. You guys are some of the most genuine and nicest youtubers! Do you think you'll ever get Magnus back on the channel?
Has a disabled lifter I just doesn’t understand why people neglect their legs or straight up don’t train them, I’m here looking at leg day with pure envy 😂😂😂
I see people at the gym all the time with arms bigger than their legs. Looks so silly. Leg day is hard.
Everyone talking about you and Brian....I think that sponsor ad transition was fkn the best. NordVPN

Flutter kicks are a staple for me
Those dynamic box squats are awesome, and I love that Brian puts in a mouthpiece for every exercise, shows the intensity he puts in...

Brian is such a good man. Can't get enough
Had a massive smile the entire time, what a great duo, great work ethic, incredibly inspirational. Fantastic video!
Brian Shaw is so humble
I went down the comment section and was expecting way more. Than I realized I'm one of few who have watched it yet.
Hearing Brian’s music in the background makes me love him even more 😂
Just loving the music in the background, need a gym with this playlist blasting!
Two legends forging iron in the furnace of suffering.. I love it!
I just got an assault bike I've been weight training since I was 16ish and this bike has been the best equipment I own
loved the monolift
I salute you, Juji. That ad was well done. It's rare that I see an ad which doesn't annoy me. If I had an award to give for such a thing, you would have won it.
Would sell my soul to train with these two at the same time. So inspiring
Best mid vid ad I've seen in a while 🤣
The ad transition was so smooth and im a lil too high. watched the whole damn thing
Let’s hear an update on whether the flutter kicks caused some DOMS in a different way than usual
Brian’s gym playlist is top notch, hard rock classics at this point
You two are rocking it! Loving these videos!!
Id say this is my favorite video. Been following you for years. Cant point it out but there's just something about this one that I really enjoyed.
This is one of the most informative leg day video's ive seen. Great collab juji!
The amazing thing is the mentality behind everything, wow. Great video btw!

Brian seem like a such likeable guy. Really nice video.
Those flutterkicks looks really weird 😁
Bro. This was insane to watch. I never thought I’d see one of those bikes be pushed to its limit/max speed.
i really wanna see dave putting brian through the wringer (got the idea from elitefts monolift)
These collabs are everything
the power brian put into that bike is f'in nuts

So fun to watch i liked the video lol, there should be an edit while lifting both Brian and John turn super sayin
NO more talking, just doing - B Shaw
When Juji hugged Brian it was like a lost 4 year year old who found mom at the Mall.
Love the intensity of this
That add was pretty great man.
More Juji and Brian videos please :) I'm loving these series.
Diggin Brian's taste in music, best classics to pump iron too
Nordvpn needs to hire you as the entire marketing department lol. Best commercials ever!
Brian Shaw flutter kicks are terrifying
Nobody thought this was the workout we would see. I hope Brian comes to WSM in old Brian shape. Love to see #5 this year.
Brian needs to do the Rogue 50cal Echo Bike challenge!
The goal of not lying on the ground is something I will need to implement myself. I know sometimes I feel like I need to, but winning that battle is just another level I feel we all need to push to.
I would watch and entire channel dedicated to the crazy exercises like the flutter kick.
Absolute machines ! Love watching you guys

One of my All time fav videos here
What would interest me is how many watts you were putting out on the attack bike?
Brian had to be pushing 6000 watts
That's a joke. Honestly, probably like 1500 or something.
Brian doing Flutter Kicks. Didn't know I needed to see that until I saw it.
This Brian guy seems pretty strong for a regular Colorado dude
As a Coloradan I can say he is an average Colorado dude
Such a great vid juji!! Can't wait to see you take Brian through a workout in your gym!
So I always like seeing how people use these attack bikes. I’ve got one and always looking for ways to flagellate myself with it after a lift.
I'm curious what your echo bike numbers were? Be crazy to see that output.
that power out of the squat.

That talk about the mental battles with "define yourself" behind it couldn't have been better framed lol.
man, finally some good tune in the gym.
i need the playlist, that goes so hard
Thank you for the the conversation between sets. Excellent mental framing to help me past the plateaus I hit. Much gratitude!
juji i love this content with brian so much please get him reacting to your home gym next
that was the smoothest nerdvpn add I've ever seen or heard juji, well done.
yeah i learned from basketball a similar thing. going for the regional try outs the coaches told us never put your hands on your knees.
Awesome video! Love winning the many small mental battles within workouts 👊💪
This video is another proof that Brian Shaw is simply built different
That NordVPN segment was great 👍🏻
Jujimufu on his path to realizing he wants to be an endurance athlete like his dad
Haven’t seen Juji in a while but arms be looking crazy rn.
This was an inspiration for sure
