Use a noise gate on each audio channel. You want to avoid the same thing being picked up by multiple mics as it causes the audio to be out of phase and sound weak and odd.

At first I thought the reverb was sound bouncing off a wall at a medium distance.
@@JeffO- it kind of is. I mean, there are multiple microphones and a sound will arrive at each at a different time.
Reverberation is just a sound bouncing off an object or surface and returning to your ears at a later time. So similarities are abound :)

Odd is a monster, a true Viking. Reminds me of my grandpa. He was a carpenter, and he beat me at arm wrestling well into his 70's. Lots of love from Norway.

I have been doing bodybuilding for 5 years and I do carpenting in my vacations and stuff and some of my colleagues have the most insane grip strength man. They are ripping out carpets 2 meters wide glued to the ground tight as hell which I can't even move. Some can also beat me at arm wrestling without having ever been in a gym. Freakish craft.
He looks just like my dad who is full Swedish. He amazed me when he arm wrestled my strong brother who was benching 300 in high school to a stalemate

@@Ptitnain2 If you stay active you will be more fit at 70 than people who are sedentary are at 45.
Example: My father in law is 76 and he still swims 2 miles every morning in the ocean. You'd be hard pressed to find many 30 year olds who can do that.
And look at Mufudad! I forget how old he is exactly but he's up there and runs ultra marathons and shit.

That is actually a great idea. Not because I like crushing hands with handshakes (a handshake that is too crushing is even more unprofessional than a limp one as it communicates insecurtity), but because it would offer the extra thumb lock that implements like the eggplant doesn't offer.
You could use casts of different athletes to make different tools.

Oh man, so many microphones picking up the same audio. Really have to fade each one in and out as they speak to make this sound good, but I get that that's a lot of effort.

Edit 2: Also try finding someone who worked in construction or other manual labour for like 20+ or like a blacksmith and compare their gripstrength. Would actually be interesting to see because usually they have handshakes like a vicegrip.
I'd like them to get an ArmWrestler called Rob Vigeant Jnr on, he used to be an eilite grip strength guy, he's funny, can talk well and is competitive, they can do mixed grip and arm wrestling collab.
electricians and mechanics have terrific grip strength. this isn't a bad idea but finding the right guys would be a bit of a chore
@@mikehamelin7520 I myself work as a zookeeper. Most "normal" people I know cannot grab a large aluminum shovel the the end of the Handle and hold it up with a stretched out arm :D I work that thing one handed everyday while using a rake in my other hand to scratch up poop from the ground :DI'd say I have above average grip strength though I never actually train it just from my work.
Edit: ask me again in like 20 years though when I have some more work years under my belt than just 8 :D

@@Krizefugl I used to work at raytheon and they had a test your grip machine in a back room. all the electricians, with the exception of one, maxed it out with ease.

I LOVE juji and I LOVE Magnus!! Y'all are the best! Just a heads up when you've got multiple lav mics in close proximity you need to use a noise gate (if you're below a certain volume it's muted, which will usually mute whoever the mic ISN'T on, unless they're very loud, then you might need to manually do it) either during or in post so we don't hear everyone multiple times, kind of gives it an echo-y vibe. PEACE AND LOVE HOMIES!!

The hanging thing wasn't any more unfair than the lifting thing. Since Magnus weighs just a few pounds, his lifts were MEGA impressive. I mean, he lifts more than his body weight using extremely uncomfortable stuff. Incredible...👍👍👍And all the other guys were impressive as well, of course. Aged 73, I will be long dead.
Odd is an inspiration. I'll never look at age the same way again.
Note: when we eat, a big chunk of the blood gets pumped into the stomach area to aid with the digestion process. Lions and carnivores rest for hours after a heavy meal. Never ever eat right before or during physical activity. Your muscles and brain won't be a priority and will get less blood flow than usual. This is why many people feel dissy or sleepy after meals (there are other factors of course). However, if you ignored that and engaged in a demanding physical activity, your digestive system will get less blood and oxygen than it requires to break down your food thus leaving you with a poorly digested meal. It's never a good idea to do both. I think Odd would've performed better without that meal. Still, he's a fascinating man and I'm glad you featured him on your channel. Thank you!

Hey! Just found you through Magnus' channel. Nice content, you seem like a fun guy!
Just a note, you should look into your audio. It sounds wonky when body mics (and stereo camera mic?) are combined. The distance between audio source and different mics creates phasing, and sometimes an audible delay. Other than that nice video, will check out more of your content :)

I was using the grenade ball from fts and also realized that using different fingers around the eyehole would allow you to stress different fingers better. Could be a good way to train your pinking and ring finger. Which might carry over to arm wrestling or weak fingers on deadlifts.
