Would I be crazy installing the 35” tire on a XP4T?

No, you should be fine. Might need a gear down kit but you should be fine.

Does the 32 inch tire measure out to a true 32 or is it 31.75 like most brands?

I’m not sure I’ll have to measure and get back to you.

Question 36lb is that with wheel and tire ? Or just tire ? I have a rzr1000 turbo.

36 lbs tire without wheel. This will pair nicely with your Turbo RZR and you’ll be putting more power to the ground because of its light weight compound.

Alex Serrano you’ll be around 16-20 lbs depending on size of wheel and lug pattern for your vehicle.

    How deep are the lugs

.59” on the 32. I believe the 35 has a slightly larger lug.

Is it a DOT Tire? Is it a hard compound?

It is not a DOT tire. The standard Motovator is a DOT tire. It is steel belted and heavier but a great tire.
