    面团材料:150克面粉、30克木薯粉、100毫升清水、1茶勺盐、少许食用油
    其他材料:150克肉末、1勺绍兴酒、1勺生抽、少许胡椒粉、8颗红葱头、4瓣蒜、1把江鱼仔、1把菜心、1勺老抽
    调面酱汁:1勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺葱头油
    1)把150克面粉、30克木薯粉、100毫升清水&1茶勺盐搅拌均匀揉成面团,再分成四个加入少许食用油,醒面10分钟
    2)肉末,加入、1勺绍兴酒、1勺生抽&少许胡椒粉腌制10分钟
    3)把红葱头切片&蒜切末,菜切段
    4)热锅热油,下入红葱头炸至金黄色,把一半的油&红葱头取起备用
    5)锅留底油,倒入江鱼仔炸至金黄色捞出
    6)倒掉多余的油留下少许,再爆香蒜末,加入肉末炒至变白,加1勺老抽炒均匀即可
    7)热锅热水,水滚后把面团拉成薄片,再撕成一片片,大火煮2-3分钟再放入菜心,煮1分钟即可捞出装盘
    8)盘里1勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺葱头油搅拌均匀,撒入肉末、江鱼仔,香喷喷的干捞面粉糕完成✅

    Noodle sauce: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of shallot oil
    1) Mix 150 grams of flour, 30 grams of tapioca flour, 100 ml of water & 1 teaspoon of salt to form a dough, then divide it into four pieces, add a little cooking oil, and let the dough rest for 10 minutes
    2) Minced meat, add, 1 spoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce & a little pepper, marinate for 10 minutes
    3) Slice shallots & mince garlic, cut vegetables into sections
    4) Heat oil in a hot pan, add shallots and fry until golden brown, remove half of the oil & shallots for later use
    5) left some oil in the pan, pour in the anchovies and fry them until golden brown.
    6) Pour off the excess oil and leave a little, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add minced meat and fry until it turns white, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and fry evenly
    7) Heat a pot of hot water, after the water boils, pull the dough into thin slices, then tear them into pieces, cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, then add the choy sum, cook for 1 minute, then remove and put on a plate
    8) Mix 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of shallot oil on the plate, sprinkle with minced meat, anchovies, and the fragrant dry Mee Hoon Kueh is complete✅
