- You wanna bake some delicious cake but don't have an oven? No problem! Learn how to make this mouthwatering Vanilla Sponge Cake with nothing but a convection microwave.
I used a 24 x 20 cm dish and regular oil in this video.
Bake the cake at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes in a convection microwave to get the perfect brown crust on the cake or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high for crustless cake.

Top layer of cake gets rotten in mine case
From inside its very well baked only my top layer gets rotten
Eggs=2
Vanilla=1 tsp
Oil=⅓ cup
Milk=½ cup
Flour=1½ cup
Baking powder =1tsp
Sugar=½ cup

Di, I have this issue that in my microwave 'LG iwave' there is no temperature buttons, So how Will i bake or else I will do for 1 min and then if its not baked I will bake once again for 1 min, In tjis case the cake xont get ruined, na?

Probably you got the ratios wrong or If your microwave doesn’t have a rotating plate or long baking time or large amount of ingredients

Micro wave mein setting cooking ke hisab se Hoti hai, cake banane ke hisaab se Nahi..convection oven mein setting Hoti hai cake bsna ne ke liye...
