    ½ cup oats
    ½ cup milk
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    ¾ cup Greek yogurt (I’m using Fage 0%)
    2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
    Protein Overnight Oats without Protein Powder Description:
    Overnight oats are made by soaking raw oats in liquid (such as milk, yogurt, or water) for a few hours in the refrigerator. In this video I’m going to show you how to make protein overnight oats, without using whey protein.
    These overnight oats have 394 calories, 44g carbs, 11g fat, and 31g protein.
    And there are plenty of options when it comes to toppings. You can use strawberries, blueberries, banana, nuts, seeds, and even chocolate.

      40g old fashioned oats
      118mL milk
      12g chia seeds
      170g plain Greek yogurt
      30mL sugar free maple syrup

      No problem! It will vary slightly depending on the exact brand. Here's what I used:
      18 grams from Greek yogurt (Fage Total 0%)
      6.5 grams from milk (Lactaid Protein Milk)
      5 grams from oats (Stop & Shop)
      1.9 grams from chia seeds

      That’s a lot of weight, it will take some time. Be in a caloric surplus and prioritize protein.
