You could ask for a consumption report upto a year or more in some cases. You can also get a 30 day consumption report which is done by the water meter tech using what is called a 'data log' hand held device or laptop etc which will give you the day and hour (in gallons use)

Yeah and after that, lets hack that water meter, very easy 4 me..numbers or gauges spind more slow than usual
