gosh, appreciate it so much, I never looked into it at all, from 2014 I'd get massive pain on my feet from 1-2x a year, 2019 it officially stopped me from working I became an at home dad and 2021 I found me a job that didn't require me to walk now it's 2022 I haven't felt pain for months so I applied for a better paying job to provide more for my kids & I'm back to square 1 with massive pain in both feet unable to walk at all & rolling on a wheelchair. I am slowly falling into depression because I know id be able to do so much more in life and enjoy time with my kids but instead I'm 22 laying in bed, jobless & loosing time with my kids all because of FLAT FEET. now I'm finding any way to fix it and I am going to a doctor already. not loosing hope yet but almost there

I'm not sure what all it takes to get flat feet fixed, but keep trying out doctors until you can find one that will help you. And maybe there are certain shoes or soles that could help relieve you? And if not, keep on looking for a good job that doesn't require you to be on your feet. In this day and age, there should definitely be more to pick from and you've already got experience with it, plus you could possibly get a doctor's note to push it even more. Whatever you gotta do, just stay strong.

I have severe flat feet, this massage feels very very good especially on the part where he’s in pain. I just wonder why he’s acting like it hurts. That is the best part! When they try to push it upwards, best feeling ever. Also when they press the achilles tendon, wow feels heaven…The fascia massage for me is the hardest part because it is hard and for it to soften and make it flexible, there’s an electric feeling to it. they’re called orthotics, and they help but don’t do too much
Podiatrists are in the business of selling you inserts. You can definitely cure flat feet as long as they're not stable flat. If you have a arch when you aren't load bearing then it's not a bone deformity, it's a muscle atrophy. Exercise and agony can fix it!

Unless its a genetic thing where youre born with it, you can fix it. Foot Arch exercises like this video shows helps, but flat feet are usually a symptom of something else wrong with your body. I had flat feet, and it was because of weak glutes which led to my legs turning inward and causing my feet to be flat. Your body is a kinetic chain, something wrong in one area of your body will lead to problems in other areas of your body.

I got lucky with stuff like this. Had slight flat feet when I was younger but basically out it trained out of me from sports.(especially marching band, much I did cross and football as well) Had issues with running for years but with massage therapy and constantly being told to run toes first it's not much of an issue anymore.
It's still there but I almost naturally walk toe first now to prevent pain and future issues

No! But you CAN fix it. I used to have very collapsed arches and with about 6 to 12 months of exercises I cured it. It's painful and you need to be dedicated, but you can fix it! You'll thank yourself when you're 60! Won't need orthotics

If ya'll don't want this to be you, get a lacrosse ball and use it to massage your feet every few days. The feet work hard. People will be surprised at how much tension sits in your feet and how much it releases fascia all the way up when you start sorting some of that mess out down there.
