    3:35 the telescoping seat post is to make it easier to adjust to a preset lower seat height such as when the bike is regularly shared between a tall person and a short person. With the inner post fully collapsed, set the seat height for the shorter person. The taller person adjusts the inner post to fit. The shorter person just fully collapses the inner post to get back to the low setting.

      I rode it for the first day and I was confused. I took another e-bike to ride and compared them. The bike is set up so you pedal and engage. I like to keep active and this model fits that direction. Second and third day of testing and the bike grew on me. I was not expecting Lectric Expedition to be so comfortable and powerful. The way it is build and the amount of accessories is insanely useful. I bought the child seat and the quality and the way it connects is so well done. My 9 months old baby love it and puts a smile on his face. I ended up ordering a bunch of accessories and now looking to customize it and make it my daily rider.

    I have two of these and they’ve spent more time broken than running. We are on our second set of batteries, second controller, 3rd screen and second wiring harness. I have two XP 3.0’s and have had the same issues. The customer service is hit or miss and has been very slow to respond and puts you through the wringer to get your replacement parts. The only reason to buy Lectric is because they are still in business and have parts available. Many other companies are gone and you can’t find parts. Also, when you put it in “100” speed mode it will dump the battery very rapidly and you will not get even close to 150 miles. Lastly, the bike is very heavy so if you run out of battery, I hope you are in good shape because peddling it is ridiculously hard, if you aren’t or if a kid is on it.

    I ordered a Cargo ebike from Lectric. It has been over 3 months since they took my money and still no ebike delivered. We have called on 4 different occasions and 4 different times they gave us a delivery date. So we wait around for the deliveries 4 different times all excited about finally getting it delivered. 4 different it did NOT get delivered. So frustrating waiting around when we could have done something else with the time spent waiting. It pisses a person off. We have found out that it is now in Detroit just sitting. Detroit is only 1 hour from our house and 10 minutes off main highway. If they gave me the address and appropriate phone numbers i could pick it up myself. Come on Levi get your shipping straightened out. On top of this when we ordered they charged our card 3 times which created a mess for us to get straight. Lectric makes a nice ebike buthas a ways to go as far as support and shipping. Fix yourself Lectric.

    Just the title alone has caught my attention.... I really, really like this bike, it's exactly what I would want to take my son on rides. He's 8 and has autism so I don't want to keep him in a trailer and this has all the shielding around the rear wheel and the mounts for a seat.... Kind of wish it had 52v 2000w but 1300w seems like it should be great. 😯😃

      @xpndblhero5170 Pƙed rokem +2

      @@ElectricVehicleSpace - I also agree w/ the active brake light and turn signals w/ horn and alarm would be a necessity if they expect this to be a good vehicle replacement.... I guess you can upgrade that on your own but it would be nice to see that as a factory addition, it would probably complete the bike overall and would look amazing. Especially if it had the Cafe Racer style turn signals that just wrap around the frame... Those would fit nicely on the back of the bike and on the forks and they'd be safe from crashes and stuff too so that's another reason why they are awesome. 😁

With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
