This machining uses Aluminum A7075(JIS) material.

The thumbnail would have been a part cut with coolant.

I checked with the video creator, and it doesn't seem to be a machining scene where coolant is being used.
It appears to be shining due to light reflection.
That’s a common thing when filming metal materials!! XD
