    I really enjoy this video and do it every morning. Unlike other videos this one flows lovely from one move to the other. It has a calm influence on you and makes you feel good.

      I will and have been for about a year, I really enjoy Gigong and the quieter the space you do this in the more you get out of it, it makes you stronger and more focused. Thank You x

    I am still practising this video and I would say to anyone who is thinking of trying Gigong to give it a go it's so calming and the music is lovely make sure it's quiet with no noise around as you get so much more out of Gigong when everything is calm.

      so cool to know you are still doing daily. It is my first job to do in the morning, then keep running about 20-30minutes. Further, I do one day off food by biweekly , already over 12 years, quite useful

    动作大体上还不错,特别是拉弓姿势刚劲有力;
    起势手臂可以低一点,第三式调理脾胃双手呈抱婴之势;第六式以手引导头部扬起;第七式手势需要有连贯性;第八式落足分两步,先缓后急。

    It's really healthful to practice this arts. However, we can get the same health effect with any exercise. It's the movement property (of exercise), not the forms that make us healthful.

      Need breathe properly, not only follow the motion, inhale and exhale… further, need know which acupoints should concentrate during the motion -

      ken barry just take one kind of chi gong, and practice , that is enough, takes years to act one for sure-

    How should I breathe when doing this ? Is there any guideline that I should inhale while doing this action and exhale while doing another action ?
    Also the accent of the narrator in this video was hard to understand for me, providing subtitles would be really helpful if some important information is being said.

      Ramvardhan Ramakrishnan thanks for your comment and interest to this video. It is difficult to explain how to breathe. But the inhale and exhale are really important during the acting. Also the acupoint is important。 will organize some details and comment here for your reference. At the current, to follow the action exactly same is the most important thing:)
