So today Shifu Yan Xin (34th Generation Shaolin Disciple) Share his version of Ba Duan Jin (八段锦) with us. This is sometime known as 8 pieces brocade or 8 pieces of silk qigong. This is a great Shaolin Qi Gong exercise to do during this pandemic as this ancient Qi Gong from China has so many benefits for the body and strengthens our organs.

I have been doing this series of movements for 2 weeks. Previously I was struggling to get 6 hours of sleep every night. Currently I am sleeping soundly for a bit more than 7 hours and waking feeling refreshed. The only thing I can credit this change to is Ba Duan Jin since nothing else has changed in my daily routine. This is so convienant to follow along too after online course, anyone thats doing the course on the website with shifu, i recommend saving this video as a reference to follow later, as its straight through and course is broken down and has a lot of explanation and detail. just a suggestion
