You might not like it but those poses are what peak performance looks like
PEAK.
Scott calling himself an old man makes my back and knees hurt.
it feels so weird since he's only 9 years older than me... does that make me old ish? oh no
I'm like 26 how old is he? I just remember finding one of his old videos as a child and trying to sing it like I could actually sing..😂😂😂 gosh if I hear 30 or something I'm gonna feel old.
@@gaminglulunightmare6092GOH DAHM YOUR OLD
@@moosesues8887 I think you need to go get your diapers changed if you think 26 is old
@@Donderu that’s like 50 years left of life 😭 nearing midlife crisis territory
At least Wario is always willing to embarrass himself with those pose he makes in this party game.😺
One big thing he forgot to mention was The Party Games, they are played with one joy con and can be done with up to four people and in my opinion, they are an absolute blast with friends.
I tried to do them, but its kinda hard to do the poses since it only rrquires one hand.
SCOTT. 30 ISNT OLD. I GET THAT INTERNET ZOOMERS MAKE YOU FEEL THAT WAY BUT IT'S OKAY BUDDY.
I love the toilet minigame already, you're literally playing as an ass blaster
I don't know when Scott got a design upgrade, but I'm here for it.
Also, completely fair on that. I'm wondering if the missing up on the joycons motion control is also just the age of the controllers as well.
Wario has sounded weirdly human in the last couple of WarioWare games. I feel like it’s more the direction of the voices rather than the actor.
See, the problem is that they moved the dubbing studios to Afghanistan for some reason... wait WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT'S HIS ACTUAL LAST NAME
No, like, I'm legitimately baffled why so many people have trouble with the motion controls, they worked super good for me.
When it comes to motion controls, you can always expect a broad spectrum of opinions, anywhere from "it's unplayable" to "the controller _is_ my hand". :P
Warioware is the typa game that makes you as stressed as pizza tower
Interesting that they both tie back to Wario Land
@@geschnitztekiste4111 how curious
The game isn't full price at $65, what a time to be alive
$50 in the US
Yeah its 50 dollars, idk if this is the Canadian price scott shows here
Its 65 canadian.
@@Morffin2210 Oh my God he's Canadian?
@@TheMinecraftMan757I think he’s Australian, because he brags about getting games early, by being in Australia.
Important note on the motion:
You have to be in position *BEFORE* the game starts
Thank you omg most people who complain about the motion controls clearly didn't get into the position before the game started
@@tarayeranko7157 yeah cause all the games like..work, just some do a better job of making it clear how you’re meant to play them
good example: flying the broom
bad example: bump the snowball
Wario just sounds perpetually pissed to me, and I don't know why.
Wario, who hurt you?
Considering the Wario Land series, literally everything.
1:49 What are you talking about? Wario is like the most “human” character in gaming history! Think about it: he’s evil and greedy, he eats copious amounts of disgusting food, he farts a lot, and he hates everyone that isn’t him! That’s about as human as it gets!!
everytime someone complains about the new mario va, i cringe a little on the inside. we GET IT, you don't like it but martinet can't voice mario forever like c'mon! grow up and get real...
@@vaniillazillaI am just glad we didn’t end up with Chris Pratt voicing Mario in the games…
@@makotoyuki9498 Cue Chris Pratt unenthusiastically saying “Wowey Zowey” in his most baritone voice.
Of course wario is very human character wise
But his best voices, which was in the N64 Era and GBA/GCN Era he sounded more like an unhinged crazy gremlin
@@vaniillazilla seems weird to cringe, not that he can't do it forever, but the current new guy also isn't/wasn't the only option.
Not that I have a great view since I never cared for warioware, only land and world.
I’ve waited years for a Smooth Moves sequel and it did not disappoint
This means we can have a new Rhythm Heaven now, right...?
Hopefully a rhythm heaven game that doesn’t make the American version digital only
god i hope so. :( it's been way too long since megamix
Ya rhythm heaven fans not eatin right now. But since the vocalist who had a bunch of music in those games got his vocal cords removed due to some kinda cancer, nearly 10 years ago, it's not looking good. Best we might get is a port of megamix (which I'd still be down for!)
@@treechenho He does at least seem to be solidly in remission, so while we may never get his lovely voice again, he's still more than capable of creating music.
A lot of games use the fancy haptics to make them feel really good to play, but there haven’t been many if any that use it as a central gameplay mechabic
My favorite use of Switch haptics has to be for the green greens theme in Star Allies, that was a crazy surprise at the time
1:10 I TOTALLY AGREE!!!! Warioware deserves at least an online series, and at most a genuine bonafide anime!!!!!!
Wario's new voice, in my opinion, is alright. Reason being? Impersonation. I can more accurately imitate Wario when he has Kevin's voice compared to Charles's.
I think Kevin is leaning a bit more to the Japanese voice of Wario. Because the Wario in JP has a bit of a higher pitch.
i want the salt pile in the end anim to progressively get bigger
The next salt is gonna be the 100th
Looks fun you are doing great Scott these are great little mini side of salts
I can confirm, Wario is not human and is key to the successes of my love life.
On the topic of the joycon icecubes, if you paid attention you could feel something bobbing around in your controller whenever something was in Kirby’s stomach in star allies.
I honestly feel like this game is one of the best party game warioware games. Moving and posing makes things much more intuitive, unlike, say, Get It Together, where you had to figure out what a character did before you could really use them. Most people will figure out the characters pretty fast, but it can be rough either way
4:23 Suprisingly yes. Two even; both of which are from Mario Party:
There's a game in Mario Party where you have to shake blocks out of a jar (your joycon acts as the bottle here) and theres another where you have to flip a cube of meat onto its sides to cook it through fully (not exactly the same thing but your controller acts as the pan so you have to move it in a very similar way)
Nintendo really went crazy with this one
It's been so long since I watched Scott Falco, and I didnt remember his design looking like that. Its really cool!
There is one game that used the ice-cube rumble. But it's not ice-cubes. It's balls in a box, with 1-2 Switch.
Mario party used the iceccube thing, there was a few games with it, the most notable being one where you would shake boxes to feel how many accorns were rolling around inside, and you would then collect boxes you felt had the most acorns.
i played countless hours of smooth moves, even if the motion controls aren't perfect i'm just ridiculously happy to finally have another warioware game in that same style. i have a huge soft spot for this series so i'm far more forgiving of gameplay wonkiness than i probably should be...these games just have such a fun goofy energy that always keeps me coming back
I'll for sure be getting this game eventually, probs for my birthday next year. I've been obsessed with the series after Wario Ware Gold
Played through it, even posted my play through.
For the life of me I could not get the Icarus minigame where you have to flap your wings and navigate a canyon to work.. the motion controls just kept saying F you.
There is one game that used the switch's vibrations to its full effect
But not for the reasons any of us wanted. Senran Kagura Reflections
ultrakill parry sound is kinda fitting for the beginning there.
Oh my god you could not have described this game better
the voice from above speaks...
"...ScottFalco is rad..."
4:29 Super Mario Odyssey and Super Mario Party had that sort of stuff just off the top of my head
I want to say Super Mario Wonder had some rumble going on but it was simpler
Theres something very funny about Scott saying it isnt full price and then saying he got it with the vouchers that can redeem mostly $60 games lmao
I know there was a Super Mario Party minigame that did the ice-cube-clinking thing, the candy jar minigame.
Hey, at least they brought Cractus back.
Just realized when going through my subscribed CZcamsrs videos and noticed you’re doing the Caramelldansen pose… that’s funny
Whys Scott's avatar look like he could just barely get the goodwill old man discount on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
ice cubes melted, that's what happened.
Scotts avatar is constantly evolving
This was the true Wii fit game to play
God I wanna play this, looks so good
Holy moly its been six years since the switch came out. We're _all_ old men now, Scott
i have had like no problems with the motion controls. they were all like perfect
scott on the thumbnail do be jiggy with it
I love the new character models ahhh
I feel like Scott should add a christmas hat for his character since it’s december
love this game
I like Wario's new voice in this game. With all respect to Charles Martinet, I think Wario's character requires an energetic and loud voice that he wasn't giving him anymore. (I think in gold he was great, but in get it together he was kind of lacking)
Never really got into warioland.
but LOVED warioworld for teh gamecube
The new Wario Voice sounds like the old Dr. Robotnic / eggman mixed with a pirate
Gawd, I shoudn't have watched this...now I'm craving for a new Rythem Heaven game
Scott i love your new character model it's awesome. ❤
Scott Falco my beloved
0:20 Yes... "nose-based"
Clubhouse Games on Switch actually kinda did the ice cube thing when rolling dice!
Awesome!
0:09 LOL
Yes the ice is used in everyone switch.
No! Moving my body for a video game! My worst nightmare for a video game! (If it didn't work the first time [Wii Fit] then it won't work the second time! [Wario Ware Move It])
Let me remind you that this game even revealed the name of a rhythm heaven character who previously didnt have one
1:05 actually I think it would work best as a full on TV series.
If you correctly strike the assigned poses before the microgames starts, the controls mostly work pretty well imo. An exception is the stupid Jimmy boss
Can’t tell what’s worse. You used a voucher on this game when it was already voucher level discounted or you forgot super Mario party existed
Damn bro, old scott got the *WHOLE BAKING INDUSTRY ON THE BACK* 😩
i just want to say i love seeing scott do the wario pose in the ........ title of the video? i dont know how to spell !thumbnail"... is that right? but yeah love it
yeah you got it right
1, 2 Switch uses the ice cube in a glass example of haptic feedback for one of its games. It isn't a terribly interesting one, (which I feel a tiny bit bad saying because I do like the original 1, 2 Switch as a party game), but it's there.
Seeing what Nintendo microgames they included is the highlight for me every game.
alternative title: Warioware: Move it with a micro amount of salt
this game has Big Cheese in it so its perfect
I feel the new wario feels... Shouty
I honestly enjoy the new voice, sure it's going to take some time getting used to it but I dig it. Not to mention this is the first debut of his new voice sooo yeah.
Hey, at least it didn’t have to do with side order.
always here for salt dance
4:25 sir you are thinking: 1-2-switch and its sequel it never came up again unless for an extremely niche minigame
its quoggin time
Orbulon!
Wario Moment
For a sec I thought Scott was doing caramelldansen in the thumbnail
0:18 ohai NONTENDO!
XD
2:40 clearly you've never beaten sonic free riders before
question: when did scotts avatar just like, age 7 years?
I'll just stick to Bowser Party on Mario Party 10, a feature that will never exist in any Nintendo game ever again.
Do the Switch joyconns even remotely come close to the Wii's Motion+ wiimotes in terms of accuracy? I use those (Wiimote w/ Motion+) regularly and it's often uncanny how well they pick up even slight motions of your wrist.
"The game isn't full price"
>$65
What sort of hellscape does Scott live in?
That's the Canadian price. $50 US
We're almost at the hundredth side of salt!
*WARIO IS NOT SUPPOSED TO SOUND LIKE A PERSON*
Yea, I watched a friend play it on his twitch and uh...yea, they really should have done a revision of the joycons at some point if they wanted to do motion controls. Like, the joycons are not the Wiimote which was made of nintentendium, these things have cost nintendo more to fix over the switch's lifespan than they ever had to do with the wiimotes.
I need da salt
funny ending
I feel like this doesn't get talked about, but guys...
Imagine the new voice actor saying "Hurry Up" like Wario did in WL4.
Games great, though I wasn't expecting Keith Silverstein, aka Zhongli from Genshin, Torbjorn from Overwatch and many other titles to grace my ears when a taking a break round came up
YOU PICK WAAAAARRRIIOOOOOO!!!!!! and many others.
Yet another reminder that the Wiimote will always be superior
It's good... BUTT.. -
