How I Spray My Book Edges // My process, tips, and tricks

I am so pleased with how these turned out!
I am going to be working hard on creating some fun and good quality products for my fellow bookish friends. I have been really enjoying this process and I hope that there is someone out there who will enjoy these as much as I do.

This is a really thorough tutorial, thank you! What kind of spray paint did you use? And have you had any problem with bleed? I've been using acrylic and sponges and the pages stick so bad and the bleed on the front and back pages is so bad.

I use professional paint made for graffiti artists and as long as the clamp is set tight enough I usually don’t get bleed. Some paper is more porous however and mild bleed is unavoidable

Glad i found this. I don't really want to fork out for an airbrush and compressor nor do i wanna paint it straight because of issues with that method.So I'm glad i found you using canned spray paint. 🤣 gonna do this with my fantasy books and get some stencils too

@@alexapermel4350 unless you were innocently asking what could go wrong if a dumbass wasn't careful. In which case. Using too much paint can ruin everything. Using the wrong paint can ruin everything subsequently ruining the pretty books I hold dear. 😂😂
