- TaiChiHealthProducts.org presents Don Fiore sharing TAI CHI RULER to calm the untamed mind and strengthen balance. The practice uses a wooden dowel with rounded ends that fit into the hands and stimulate the lao gong points in the center of the palms. Lao gong is an acupressure point that is said to ease anxiety and clear inflammation. Many seniors use this exercise for balance, focus, and inner peace.
