Love your vids brapper Don. I like to work my old junk too. I just grabbed a blown up 800 etec to do a full rebuild on and have as a backup for my 15' XRS thats gettin up there in the miles. Keep up the good work fella!
I own a 2017 Ski-Doo Freeride 800 E-Tec have you ever done the bearings on these the PTO side especially if not I would love to see you do one your preferred Eagles are awesome keep up the good work

They are coolant lines on the bottom of the throttle bodies
If that sled was mine I'd upgrade the reeds on it
If this one was mine there would be a list lol
That bottom bushing can take out the front heat exchanger if enough stress is put on it I’d take her easy until it’s fixed
I mentioned to him that it should be replaced for a multitude of reasons but he said maybe later lol

Better oil would help it a lot
I use klotz
I run amsoil in all of my stuff….i hear that klotz is good too but it is not sold anywhere where i live
