    I'm prediabetic and I'm only 25 😢😢😢😢 this workout feels like climbing a mountain 🏔️ i gotta rest every 10 minutes !! But i won't give up !! I have a son to raise ❤❤❤ thank you so much for this video 🙏 you're saving a single mother's life over!!!     It's hard. I'm pre-diabetic. I need to practice. I am 81. I am trying. I love the exercise. Thanks for sharing.

    I just came to this video at 10p. I was diagnosed with prediabetes with an A1C of 6.2, and by the 3 months, it was 5.7. I am still in the fight with low carbs and exercise. I did this program just now. I like the intensity with simple movements. I will continue doing it in between my resistance and weights to complement my routine.

    I pouted inwardly during the workout at times. But, he was so motivating to me. I became teary eyed towards the end because I was sooo tired and asked myself....why did I do this to myself. Why did I not exhibit self control and manage my weight. I know better. But, I am encouraged to keep going. At least, I am doing something now. Thank you very much for making this video for us pre diabetes individuals.

    Great exercise my blood sugar was 217 after I completed my exercise my blood sugar went down to 121 I am so happy 😂

    Thanks so much for this work out. Doctor told I have pre-diabetes two months ago,since them I have been working out with you guys and I am feeling great. I make sure I am eating as healthy as possible too. Keep up the good work

    Thank you so much for this video! This year I gained 75 pounds, found out I have hypothyroid, and just recently found out I'm pre diabetic. Was offered meds to help but I know I could do it naturally. Haven't felt this amazing in a long time :)

    So I was skeptical, but after a few months of doing this, my doctor said my health has improved quite a lot. This exercise was tough at first, but I've gotten into the flow of it and now can keep up until the end. Thank you for this video.

    I am gonna do this all week. I am bit worried to get it and not sure if i have it but better safe then sorry. I want to better myself and I want to get these fears out of my head knowing I am getting healthy and that diabetes will be a in my past forever as long as i do this and eat right
