    Myfirst day ..Lucky I came here I was struggling with my gas trouble because I ate cashews too much both my back side under the shoulders and throughout my both knees up to the foot. Oh my God after this 30 minutes a complete relieve. God bless you

      It's been 75 days practicing my sugar level is 99 and 125 with medication which was 10.8 HbA1C, now ​doctor stopped night tablet and now I'm having only morning tablet. Thank you @@bharathaYoga

    This is very good to the extent that it is just “ GOOD EXERCISE” and in addition to stretching muscles and moving muscles and joints just like any other stretching exercise AND NOTHING MORE ,.DIABETES an endocrine dysfunction due to shortage of INSULIN in the body which let the sugar level in ththe blood to tprise and causing disruption to almost all body systems, and is very complex .

    Glad i came across your site. First time following your session. i enjoyed your session. 30 mins with relax and slow movement. Very helpful . Thanks. Should i do before or after meal ? I just did at 4 in the evening.

      Keep a gap of 3 hours after you consume your meal. its preferred to practice in the morning empty stomach.

    I am tested with high blood sugar, though I do random yoga, this session was really helpful and I promise to myself that I will be consistent with this yoga. Only one doubt, is it better to do all this postures empty stomach in the morning or is it okay otherwise in the later in the evening. Kindly guide

      The optimal time for practice is in the morning on an empty stomach, however, if you're short on time, evening sessions on an empty stomach are also an option.
