Del Piero was certainly a good dribbler, but he was not on the level of Hazard and Neymar, not even on Ben Arfas level when looking at dribbling purely. I love Del Piero he was brilliant, one of my favorite players of all time, but he was more of a lethal striker than a dribbler. You can also not really compare todays opposition to opposition back in the day. You can never know what players of today would be able to do with defenders from back in the day

If a player as average as Salah can pull of off some dribbles in that league and be reagrded as the best, then imagine what Messi would do to the players of that league.
